The restaurant combines the very best of Mediterranean and French cuisine combined to perfection by the chef Pascal. The dishes on offer include such options as Burgundy Snails, Crêpe Gratin with Porcini and Black Truffle Oil and Monkfish with Fresh Herbs, with a select wine list providing the accompaniment.

La Costera in Altea is a magnificent and recently refurbished restaurant located in the delightful Old Town of Altea.

It stands in a very peaceful area, with a landmark setting: the Parque del Agua (Water Park), where weekly live classical music concerts are held in the summer months alongside its romantic terrace, making for a particularly welcoming atmosphere and an unforgettable evening.

The dessert menu is another big draw, including the caramelised apple cake "Tatin" with whipped cream, or the delicious orange crème brûlée with vanilla ice cream.

Without a shadow of a doubt, a real find where the owners, Manuela and Pascal, work with care and dedication to offer fine service and quality cooking, always treating their patrons with the same courtesy to create a particularly pleasant family atmosphere.
