Our price includes accommodation in the villa of your choice, full equipment, all charges relating to the villa (such as VAT, local, community or tourist taxes), sheets and towels, the cost of water, electricity, maintenance and cleaning for swimming-pools and gardens, and our welcome package with all the tourist information for the area.
The price of the villa DOES NOT include the cost of cleaning on departure, air conditioning, any extra beds, cots, babies' high chairs, extra cleaning, allowing pets to enter, processing costs and insurance for cancellation, which is optional but highly recommended.
You can rent a villa by writing a letter, sending a fax or e-mail; by telephone, or online on the web page, which is totally secure.

Once you have chosen the villa you like best and suits your requirements, send us a provisional booking order and you will receive confirmation of the provisional booking (option) with the documentation needed: methods of payment, general conditions of the contract and how to get to the agency.  

Your provisional booking (option) will only be confirmed on receiving the first payment as shown, which must be made within a maximum of five working days.

The remaining sum must be paid according to the terms of the rental contract.

There are 4 methods of payment:

  • Monthly: If the booking is made more than 180 days in advance.
  • In 3 instalments: If the booking is made more than 60 days in advance. 1st instalment: 30% to confirm the booking. 2nd instalment: 50%, (60 days) before arrival. 3rd instalment: 20%, in cash when collecting the keys.
  • In 2 instalments: If the booking is made less than 60 days in advance.1st instalment: 50% to confirm the booking. 2nd instalment: 50%, in cash when collecting the keys.
  • In 1 payment: If you pay 100% in a single payment you will receive a 5% discount, provided the villa is not subject to a special offer. Abahana Villas current account: (La Caixa -  A/c nº 2100 2019 80 0200108265). Calpe, Alicante branch.

All our bookings require a deposit, whose amount varies according to the type of villa. It is a way of ensuring that the furniture and equipment is used properly and not damaged, as well as other conditions included in the rental contract.

The amount will be put against your credit card on the day of arrival, but will not be charged to your account, at any time, unless there is a claim for damage.

When you make the first payment, and so that you can be completely sure, you will receive a letter, fax or e-mail (as applicable) with a copy of the final contract and confirmation of the payment made.

We want to make life as simple as possible for you; this means that you can book immediately with just a few clicks and in a completely secure environment. Please contact us if you need any help with bookings, times, customer service, suggestions, etc.

We speak several languages, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Since there have been serious problems, some owners are reluctant to accept animals, so they are not allowed in general, although there are some exceptions.

Please check with us about pets before making a booking.

In the high season, you can only arrive on Saturday, between 5pm and 8pm. Arrival times are flexible in the low season.

First, you should come to our offices to make the final payment and pick up the keys. If you cannot arrive at the scheduled time, you must always contact our offices. A 50€ supplement is charged (payable in cash on arrival) if you come after 8pm.

One of our staff will always take you to your villa and give you the information required, no matter what time you arrive.

On arrival, we need a copy of your rental contract, identity card or passport, a credit card (for the deposit; remember that this is not charged to your account) and the remainder of the sum outstanding in cash.

Summer: 8.30am to 2.30pm.

Winter: 9am to 2pm and 4pm to 7pm. Saturdays: 10am to 1.30pm and 5pm to 8pm.

We do everything possible to make your stay a pleasant one and a domestic problem should not be a problem.

There is an emergency telephone number that operates 24 hours a day for you to notify any fault (some facility not working properly, for example) so that we can repair it as soon as possible.
