Our price includes accommodation in the villa of your choice and fully equipment, all charges related to the villa (such as VAT, local taxes and community or tourist taxes), sheets and towels, water, gas and electricity expenses, administrative fees and maintenance / cleaning for swimming pools and gardens.
The final cleaning of the villa is always included and its amount is automatically added to the total the booking, but it is shown in a seperate line on the rental contract and it is exempt from discounts and special offers.

The villa’s price DOES NOT include the cost of extra beds, baby beds, high chairs, extra cleanings, extra sheets and towels, pets’ fees or cancellation insurance (Optional, but highly recommended).
All these extras have a price established and can be added to your booking online o by contacting our booking department.

The booking can be formalized by mail and by telephone with our booking team, or through our website in a simple and totally secure way.

Of course! If you want our booking department to advise you personally and / or assist you in making your booking, you can contact us by email at info@abahanavillas.com or call us at +34 965 87 45 40. Once you have chosen the property you want, you just have to let us know which payment method you prefer and we will send you a pre-booking, which blocks the villa for 72 hours so you can make your first payment. Once we have received it, we will send you a booking confirmation.
Our booking team is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 00:00 a.m., and on weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 00:00 a.m. We offer personalized assistance in multiple languages and we can adapt to your schedules and preferences.

If you wish to make an online booking, first enter our home page (www.abahanavillas.com) to search, filter and compare the available villas for the dates of your preference. Once you have chosen the property that suits your needs and that you like the most, click on the "Book" button and let yourself be guided by our intuitive online booking process. There are only three steps: 1. Configure Booking, 2. Enter Data and 3. Payment.
Accepted online payment systems are Visa, Mastercard or Maestro bank cards. If you want to pay by bank transfer or have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our booking department.

After you have made the first payment or the full payment of your booking, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation email!

There are 4 methods of payment:

  • Monthly payments: Available if the booking is made more than 180 days in advance.
  • Payment 30% - 50% - 20%: Available if the booking is made more than 60 days in advance.
    1st payment: 30%, in the confirmation of the booking.
    2nd payment: 50%, 60 days before your arrival.
    3rd payment: 20%, one day before your arrival.
  • Payment 50% - 50%: Available if the booking is made less than 60 days in advance.
    1st payment: 50% on the booking confirmation.
    2nd payment: 50% one day before your arrival.
  • Full payment: When the booking is made, there is a 3 day window to pay its full amount. This payment method is mandatory for all bookings made less than 7 days before their arrival. A 5% discount can be obtained with this payment method, as long a has been made at least 30 days before arrival.

No, payments are not automatically charged on your bank card. You must access your user zone and make each payment personally and before their expiration dates.

If you want to extend your booking after it has been confirmed, you can check if it is possible from your user zone or contact our booking department.
If you want to move dates, reduce or divide your stay, the procedure is more complex and you must respect what is indicated in our General Conditions.
The payment method cannot be modified after a booking has been confirmed, but the payment system may be different if you wish (eg first payment by bank card, second by transfer).

In your user zone you will find all the information you need about your bookings and the status of your payments. If you do not have a user account on our website, you can quickly create it from www.abahanavillas.com/login. Remember to use the email address you provided when making your booking.

In all our bookings we require a warranty deposit or security deposit, the amount of which varies according to the characteristics of the villa. It is a way to guarantee the good use and conservation of the furniture, as well as the equipment and other conditions reflected in the rental contract.
This amount is indicated in the contract voucher and will be withheld on a credit card on the day of your arrival, but will not be debited unless in case of  litigation. If you do not have a credit card, the amount must be paid by bank card. The warranty deposit will be unlocked or returned within 7 days of your departure.

When you make the first payment and for your complete security, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.

Many of our villas are pet friendly or their owners are flexible about it. You can get this information on our website by visiting the villa's page, or simply by asking our booking team.
If the villa is pet friendly or your request is accepted by the owner, remember you will be asked to pay a small fee of 50 € for each pet.

Our online check-in allows you to indicate your estimated time of arrival and provide your contact information, ID or other official documentation.
This simple procedure will allow you to save time when you arrive and it helps us organize our agenda, allowing us to maintain an optimal reception service and focus solely on our guests.

In high season (from June to September) check-ins will take place exclusively between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at one of the two Check-In offices of Abahana Villas. In low season, you can request to enter earlier and we will try to adapt to your itinerary.
In any case, you must go to our Check-In offices to pay or allow us to withhold your warranty deposit, allow us to make a photocopy of your ID or other official documentation and collect the keys. Remember that the total amount of your booking must be paid before your arrival.
If you cannot arrive before 8:00 p.m., please let us know your estimated arrival time as soon as possible to prepare your check-in and adapt to your needs (tel. +34 96 587 4540 until midnight and after midnight to an emergency telephone: Calpe: +34 638 948 094, Moraira: +34 608 580 870). Take into account that a supplement will be charged for any entry made after 8:00 p.m. and a member of our team will accompany you to the villa, if you wish.

Departures must take place before 10:00 a.m. in the morning and the house must be in the same condition that was found, tidy, without damage, without garbage and without accumulated dirty dishes. If garbage bags, dirty dishes or damage are found after your departure, a fee of 50 € will be deducted from your warranty deposit.
Keys must always be returned to the Check-In office where they were collected. If the office is closed, they must be deposited in its mailbox.

Upon arrival we will need your identity document or passport, a credit card to withhold the warranty deposit and, if you have a pending payment for some reason, the bank card with which you wish to pay.

We always do our best to ensure a pleasant stay and a problem with your villa should never get in the way of an unforgettable holiday.
You can call your Check-In office (Moraira: +34 965 59 56 15 - Calpe: 965 83 82 33) until midnight, to inform us about any type of incident.
