Close to the centre of Calpe, measuring 1400 metres in length and at the feet of the Peñón de Ifach, is this fantastic urban beach, offering golden sand and crystal-clear water of the highest quality. It is equipped with all amenities, and was awarded its Blue Flag in 2008.
The beach, more than a kilometre of fine, golden sand, with little palm trees and clear water, is located close to the town centre of Calpe, and is one of the most popular in the town, thanks to its long and busy promenade just beyond the town centre, making it a particularly attractive option given the numerous shops and beach bars serving up refreshments to round off an enjoyable day at the beach.
Playa del Arenal-Bol, has an adapted area in the summer season offering a whole range of services to allow people with reduced mobility to enjoy a dip in the sea, including changing rooms, washroom, showers, marquee with wooden flooring, amphibious chair and crutches.
The beach has also been awarded the "Q" for Tourism Quality, a Blue Flag, and holds ISO 9001 and 14001 certification. A beach which has everything you and your loved ones need to enjoy the sunshine and the Mediterranean Sea.
