This delightful cove in Altea, with its clear water and unrivalled setting, lies on the municipal boundary of Altea itself, namely at Punta del Mascarat and Sierra de Bérnia.

It is the most northerly cove in Altea, located very close to the village of Mascarat, and although it is a little difficult to reach on foot it is well worth a visit, as it is a little more isolated from the bustle of daily life, allowing the sea and the rich surrounding vegetation to be enjoyed to the full.
Nudism is permitted along most of this cove made up of gravel and a few rocks, and it is generally fairly empty, giving yet another reason to experience the joys of peace and quiet.
It is likewise located very close to the Marina Greenwich which features an attractive watersports offering, including diving, a sailing school and boat rental.
