MAJESTIC VILLA TO RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, for maximum 6 + 2 people.

DISTRIBUTION: This beautiful villa is distributed over two floors, the entrance is on the lower floor where we have access to a beautiful and warm living room with a beautiful wooden table and comfortable chairs to enjoy delicious meals and dinners with family and between friends. The living room is composed of comfortable sofas and a beautiful fireplace where we can spend pleasant evenings watching television. This cozy and bright room is connected to the beautiful terrace with splendid views over the Peñón de Ifach and its bright sea, the jewel of our sunny Costa Blanca. On this floor we will also find the practical and modern open kitchen on a small dining room with views over the terrace where we can have rich breakfasts before enjoying the sun on the terrace, there are also two rooms on this floor, the first with two single beds and the second with a double bed, both are spacious and fantastically sunny with stunning views over the Peñón de Ifach.

We will go up the stairs to find the last room with double bed and bathroom en suite, it is also possible to open the sofa as a bed for two more people. Two of the rooms have direct access to the beautiful terrace to enjoy even more the views over the Mediterranean. The villa consists of two luxurious and large bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the second with a shower. One of them is en suite for comfort and discretion.

In the basement we can have fun thanks to an indoor golf room and a fantastic ping pong table as well as a dartboard to shoot darts, everything you need to ensure a fantastic holiday with family and friends.

EXTERIOR: This splendid villa offers us a magnificent terrace where we can enjoy, sheltered from the powerful sun of our beautiful Costa Blanca, lunch and dinner thanks to its elegant wooden table with chairs taking advantage of the fantastic barbecue. We can also snack on the area with armchairs also sheltered from the sun. Or we can enjoy the sun to the fullest thanks to its loungers on the edge of the beautiful 10x5m pool. All this bathed in the great views over the entire coast of Calpe, its Rock and the Sierra de Olta. We will have the possibility to park cars inside the villa.

LOCATION: The villa is located in the urbanization La Cometa, a quiet place to relax and enjoy our vacation, but also just 6 minutes by car we will find the beautiful beach of La Fosa, with its fine sand, its lively walk, its shops, restaurants and bars where we will enjoy day and night of the beautiful coast of Calpe.
