On the main floor we have 2 wonderful bedrooms with double beds, one of them with en suite bathroom with bathtub. From this room we access to the terrace whit a dining table and the pool area. On the upper floor is a lovely suite with two single beds, air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub. From both floors you can enjoy unbelievable views to the sea, from the famous Punta of Moraira to the natural park of the Peñón de Ifach. The flat on the lower floor can be accessed via the external staircase next to the swimming pool. This flat has a double bed and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is the fourth room with its connected bathroom with shower and toilet.

EXTERIOR : A plot of about 3430m2 with enough space to park 2 or 3 vehicles. There are trees, shrubs and plants, as well as orange and lemon trees all around the property.
