DISTRIBUTION: This beautiful and charming villa has 2 floors connected by a beautiful interior staircase and two terraces with sea views. The villa is decorated with a careful interior design that gives the villa a modern and cosy atmosphere where soft and relaxing tones predominate. On the lower floor there is a spacious kitchen, a living room and a dining room with sea views and air conditioning, as well as beautiful wicker furniture that give the villa a Mediterranean, natural and elegant character. The living room connects to a covered terrace overlooking the sea and the garden and pool area with a beautiful outdoor table where you can enjoy pleasant lunches and dinners. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom located between these two. On the upper floor of the villa there are also two bedrooms and a bathroom, one of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other one has a large double bed. From one of the bedrooms you can enjoy good sea views as well as access to a magnificent private terrace with a sofa from which you can enjoy unbeatable sea views.

EXTERIOR: The villa is located in a 500 m2 corner plot with outstanding privacy and a nice private swimming pool with lights to swim at night. In the well-maintained garden there are sunbeds and sofas perfect to take drinks and a snack after swimming in the pool. The villa has a big private parking for up to 1 vehicle.

LOCATION: The villa is very close to the Moraig small beach recognized in a number of magazines and official rankings as one of the most paradisiac beach of the Valencia region. This small beach has a small restaurant perfect to have breakfast, lunch or even a drink after dinner. The villa is located only 5 minute far from a shopping centre with a hypermarket, shops and restaurants and at only 10 minutes distance to the charming Moraira town and its shops, restaurants and fine sand beaches.

Villa en perfectas condiciones. Toda las comodidades necesarias para pasar una buena estancia. Recomendada 100%. Salon grande y comodo, habitaciones grandes. Baños completos y bonitos con su espejo iluminado genial. Cocina super equipada. Terraza genial para comer y cenar. Villa que da la razon a su nombre: see brezze. Que brisa fresquita mas buena. Por poner algo a mejorar, quiza tener una bombona butano reserva para no tener que depender de llamar para que la cambien y quizá toallas de piscina. También algo mas de jabon de lavavajillas Pero por poner algo. Para mi la villa un execelente sin dudarlo.

La villa está bien ubicada, con visas parciales al mal. Muy cómoda y con grandes estancias. Espacio exterior no muy grande , sí agradable. Sí creo que necesita alguna pequeña mejora que ya hemos comunicado, para hacer la estancia aún más confortable.
