LAY OUT: The new built SEA HAPPINESS villa has two levels. We will access the property and we will find the master bedroom on our left, a beautiful, bright and spacious suite with a double bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower and a splendid terrace. To our right, we access two bedrooms equipped with two single beds each and a bathroom with shower. Going down the interior stairs, we will find a living room with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and be with his/her family and friends. The living room is in the same room as it is an open area where we share the common area inside the property with the outside area of the villa where the pool is located. To the right of the living room is the fourth bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. It is a modern and warm villa at the same time since it mixes modernity and comfort. The entire ground floor is surrounded by glazed windows that allow natural light to enter all day.
EXTERIOR: On entering the property there is a parking space in the garage and another uncovered parking space. The staircase leads down to the pool area surrounded by sunbeds for sunbathing. To one side, there is an outdoor table and chairs for all the guests. Privacy, nature and relaxation are the ideal accessories for a perfect stay in this villa.
