We had a wonderful stay in Villa Mercure. The villa itself is stunning, beautiful inside and out and very luxurious. It is very well equipped with high end things throughout. The only thing missing we found, was a throw blanket or two for those cooler evenings, and possibly a BBC! We went out and bought a couple so we could spend the cool evenings on the wondeful outdoor sofas by the pool abd in front of the vews. The views are out of this world. I miss waking up each morning opening up the curtains with the click of button and watching the sunrise from my incredibly comfortable bed. The area is very built up and the villa slightly overlooked, but when you step outside and see the panoramic views and the amazing infinity pool you feel like you're the only people in the world and it somehow feels very private. Being there at the end of October meant the pool was freezing, not heated at all so the hot tub was a godsend to warm up afterwards. But we spent many days by the most stunning pool we have ever had the opportunity to bathe in, simply marvelling over the views all around us. Due to its location, the roads in and out of the villa are very steep and winding, and you are a good 10 minutes or more by car to anything, but the supermarket (huge and have everything) and the beaches (stunning views) are worth the drive. Having said that we rarely left the villa, as we just didn't want to leave. The staff at the offices were friendly and helpful. We were very impressed by the thoughtful welcome gifts we received on arrival, and by the unexpected delivery of croissants one morning during our stay. A lovely touch! Myself, my husband and three children spent the most amazing week at this villa, and would without doubt come back. Every space in and out is beautiful.

We offer you three options to meet your needs, in addition to a cancellation policy for specific official restrictions:
Book with this option to get the best possible price with a non-refundable cancellation policy.
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, regardless of the reason, you will get a voucher for the total amount paid, redeemable in any other stay without limitation of villas.
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, regardless of the reason, you can choose between a refund of the amount paid minus the cancellation costs (8% of the booking amount) or a voucher for the total amount paid.
We offer a full refund of the amount paid, in any of our rates, if your stay cannot take place for any of the following reasons:
- Quarantine of at least 7 days to enter Spain.
- Temporary border closure (exit border from the country of origin or entry border in Spain).
- Perimeter closure that prevents entry into the Valencian Community.
- Sectoral closure (ban on vacation rentals of holiday villas in Spain or in the Alicante province).
Cancellation window due to specific official restrictions: Between 14 and 7 days before arrival, or the day prior to your arrival if the reason for cancellation occurs during the last 7 days before arrival.

Wirklich schönes Villa mit schönen Palmen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Tolle Weitsicht über das Infinity Pool auf das Meer und mit schönen Sonnenaufgängen. Auto wird zwingend benötigt. Früher Sonnenuntergang hinter dem Cumbre im Sommer aufgrund der Lage. ca. 18.00Uhr. Alles in allem, ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Villa. Wir kommen wieder.
The view is fantastic in combination with the pool. Luxury all around. We will come back!

Great place at a remarkable spot!
Amaneceres de en sueño, entorno tranquilo y zona segura, la piscina es sencillamente espectacular y el interior esta cuidadosamente acondicionado y decorado con gusto. Comodidad y sofisticación en todo su espacio. Simplemente perfecta.

La villa nos ha encantado, las instalaciones de alta calidad, las vistas inmejorables, no queríamos salir de allí. Y sobre todo la piscina, impresionante.
Dommage pour le jacuzzi qui ne fait pas parti de la description mais qui est sur les photos et qui est défaillant. Pour le reste ,elle est incroyable ,extraordinaire, appareils à la pointe. Une petite amélioration ,ajouter des câbles hdmi pour connecter un ordinateur ou autres serait un plus
Traumhafte Villa. Geschmackvoll und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass der Pool keine Poolheizung hat. Außerdem liegt das Haus ab ca. 19:00 Uhr komplett im Schatten.

El único inconveniente fue el funcionamiento de puertas y ventanas de cocina y comedor, deberían hacerles una puesta a punto.

Es una villa con un nivel de calidad y detalle insuperables. La piscina es la protagonista de la casa, con un diseño y vistas de ensueño. No queríamos salir de esta casa...
Maravillosa villa, vistas impresionantes y mucha tranquilidad, el interior muy cómodo y completo, tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Estamos deseando repetir la experiencia.
