LUXURY AND MODERN VILLA WITH STUNNING VIEWS SITUATED IN CUMBRE DEL SOL, BENITACHELL (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 6 guests.

DISTRIBUTION: villa MERCURE is divided in two floors. As soon as we enter in the villa, we will appreciate the impressive views of the villa. The living room has two chaise-longues, the perfect place to enjoy the views. On the right side, we find the full equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals. We can access the terrace throught the kitchen. Up the steps, we will access the upper floor where the three bedrooms are located. They are all double bed rooms with private bathroom. We can access the upper terrace from any room.

EXTERIOR: To access to the terrace we should cross the dining room through its large windows. On the left side, will find a chill out area with two sofas and four chairs, suitable for everyone in the villa. On the right side, there is the dining table with table and chairs under a porch where we can enjoy perfect open air meals. Right in front of us, we will find two sunbeds to enjoy the sun in the infinity pool. The pool has the right dimensions for those who like swimming, since it is 20x3 meters. The upper terrace that we will access through the rooms is exactly the same as the chillout area of the lower terrace.

LOCATION: The MERCURE villa is located in the upper part of the Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell, which ensures perfect views of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located in a quiet area and a few minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, as well as the villages Benitachell and Moraira.

We visited the villa for the second time already – the villa itself is flawless, it’s beautiful and offers luxurious views – you truly feel like a special person in a special place. The amenities are excellent. As part of Abahana Luxe, you can rely on high-quality service. A minor issue lies with the cleaning company, but the overall impression is definitely positive.

Superbe villa, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer. Les pièces sont très bien agencées avec une partie nuit à l’étage ; les 3 chambres très agréables avec vue mer. Les espaces communs sont au même niveau que la terrasse principale et la piscine (qui est incroyable !!), avec une cuisine très bien équipée ! Un joli petit espace détente supplémentaire avec un petit salon extérieur côté entrée. Un service vraiment appréciable (plusieurs passages pour l’entretien de la piscine et du jacuzzi, et 1 adorable livraison de petits pains ). Tout est fait pour passer de merveilleuses vacances en famille ou entre amis ! Nous reviendrons c’est sûr !! Merci ABAHANA VILLAS 💙

La villa es una pasada, las camas muy cómodas, limpia, con una cocina completa de utensilios. Ĺa barbacoa no es de mi agrado. Lo malo es la vaya que da a las otras casas es muy bajita si vas con mascotas se escapan por ahí. Pero en general muy bien, tranquilidad y unas vistas de ensueño. El trato de las chicas de Abahana Villas excepcional da gusto la atención en todo momento. Volveremos.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Mercure. The villa itself is stunning, beautiful inside and out and very luxurious. It is very well equipped with high end things throughout. The only thing missing we found, was a throw blanket or two for those cooler evenings, and possibly a BBC! We went out and bought a couple so we could spend the cool evenings on the wondeful outdoor sofas by the pool abd in front of the vews. The views are out of this world. I miss waking up each morning opening up the curtains with the click of button and watching the sunrise from my incredibly comfortable bed. The area is very built up and the villa slightly overlooked, but when you step outside and see the panoramic views and the amazing infinity pool you feel like you're the only people in the world and it somehow feels very private. Being there at the end of October meant the pool was freezing, not heated at all so the hot tub was a godsend to warm up afterwards. But we spent many days by the most stunning pool we have ever had the opportunity to bathe in, simply marvelling over the views all around us. Due to its location, the roads in and out of the villa are very steep and winding, and you are a good 10 minutes or more by car to anything, but the supermarket (huge and have everything) and the beaches (stunning views) are worth the drive. Having said that we rarely left the villa, as we just didn't want to leave. The staff at the offices were friendly and helpful. We were very impressed by the thoughtful welcome gifts we received on arrival, and by the unexpected delivery of croissants one morning during our stay. A lovely touch! Myself, my husband and three children spent the most amazing week at this villa, and would without doubt come back. Every space in and out is beautiful.

Wirklich schönes Villa mit schönen Palmen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Tolle Weitsicht über das Infinity Pool auf das Meer und mit schönen Sonnenaufgängen. Auto wird zwingend benötigt. Früher Sonnenuntergang hinter dem Cumbre im Sommer aufgrund der Lage. ca. 18.00Uhr. Alles in allem, ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Villa. Wir kommen wieder.

Traumhafte Villa. Geschmackvoll und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass der Pool keine Poolheizung hat. Außerdem liegt das Haus ab ca. 19:00 Uhr komplett im Schatten.
