LAYOUT: The villa has a capacity of 10 people and has 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and toilet, you will also have an additional toilet for your guests on the ground floor. The master bedroom located on the first floor is a suite with a double bed (160), a bathroom with double sink, shower, toilet and a private terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. The other two bedrooms on the ground floor There are also suites on the ground floor with 160cm double beds (one of which can be converted into 2 80cm single beds on request), bathrooms with showers and toilets. The villa also has two additional independent bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a shower room, sink and toilet, one has a 160cm double bed and a private terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and garden. The last bedroom is equipped with two single beds (convertible into a double bed of 160 on request) ideal for accommodating additional guests or service staff.

PUNTA VISTA has a very pleasant and bright living room: a spacious living room with an American kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, comfortable sofas, table football and a large dining table. 

EXTERIOR: The living room offers direct access to the terrace and the garden where you will have a private infinity pool with breathtaking views of the sea, two outdoor dining tables, one of which is on the shaded side, a chill out area, and a playground. pétanque, ping pong table and exercise bike. You will undoubtedly appreciate the outdoor kitchen with its plancha, ideal for preparing your grills. The terrace is the ideal place to relax, sunbathe, play sports or enjoy an outdoor meal.

traumhafte Villa, Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienaufenthalt. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Zur Begrüßung waren Eiswürfel im Kühlschrank und eine Tasche mit Ritual Produkten. 1mal bekamen wir eine Croissantlieferung ins Haus. Alles TOP. Also wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Nur 1 Zimmer ist etwas dunkel, da im Keller gelegen. Aber man hält sich ja mehr am Pool auf. Man benötigt auf alle Fälle ein Auto für Einkäufe und Strandbesuche. Wir kommen wieder!!!!!

Die Villa war wunderschön ,perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist einfach hervorragend. Wir haben jeden Tag unseres 14 tägigen Urlaubs genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen. Ein beheizter Pool für Nach/Vorsaison wäre natürlich noch perfekter . (Solar)

La Villa es espectacular, con unas vistas increíbles y el entorno precioso. Tiene pista de petanca y mesa de pin pon. Pasamos una estancia muy agradable y hemos disfrutado mucho. La volveremos a alquilar seguro más adelante. Como sugerencia diría que, faltaban artículos de limpieza, no teníamos escoba para barrer, solo una pequeña de mano que lógicamente con esa no se puede barrer toda la casa, había una grande de exterior que tampoco sirve para barrer el interior. Tampoco disponíamos de mocho, así que si caía algo de agua teníamos que secarlo con papel de cocina. La primera noche no quitaron la depuradora de la piscina, por lo que en la habitaciones inferiores se escuchaba un ruido algo molesto para dormir que al día siguiente solucionaron. Todo lo demás, como hemos dicho ¡genial! La piscina infinity, aunque es pequeñita es ¡increíble!

Très belle villa comme sur les photos, vraiment spacieuse et bien agencée. La villa est en hauteur ce qui offre une vue sur la mer et le rocher est incroyable. Tout était propre à notre arrivée, la piscine est nettoyée une fois par semaine. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine indispensable sont présents. Plusieurs supermarchés à proximité, la mer de Moraira est à 15min. Merci à toute l'équipe d'Abahana Villas pour votre professionalisme, à très bientôt.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en familia, la villa es increíble, moderna y con todas las cosas que se podrían pedir para pasar unos días de relax. El único problema ha sido el vecino que el primer día salió a llamarnos la atención por tener puesta música en el jardín (eran las 11 de la mañana) y eso que el volumen era bastante bajo ya que teníamos un bebé de 4 meses durmiendo en el mismo jardín. Sí que es cierto que el resto del viaje no nos ha molestado ni lo más mínimo, entiendo por otros comentarios que este señor se dedica a intentar fastidiar, aunque en nuestro caso quitando ese momento no nos molestó más. Lo mejor de todo ha sido el trato de la agencia, ya que para cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado han estado disponibles y han sido rápidos y muy amables. Recomiendo 100% esta villa y sobre todo recomiendo 200% cualquier alquiler con la agencia Abahana villas!

Das Haus, der Pool und vor allem die Lage bzw. die Aussicht sind wirklich herrlich! Geputzt wird in Spanien allerdings anders als in Deutschland. Leider waren in der Küche verkratzte Töpfe und Pfannen (Beschichtung kaputt), ansonsten war die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend und in Ordnung.
