In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, regardless of the reason, you will get a voucher for the total amount paid, redeemable in any other stay without limitation of villas.
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, regardless of the reason, you can choose between a refund of the amount paid minus the cancellation costs (8% of the booking amount) or a voucher for the total amount paid.
We offer a full refund of the amount paid, in any of our rates, if your stay cannot take place for any of the following reasons:
Cancellation window due to specific official restrictions: Between 14 and 7 days before arrival, or the day prior to your arrival if the reason for cancellation occurs during the last 7 days before arrival.

The surrounding and view is excellent. The white lounge set is threadbare and it was a pitty that the electric gate is not repaired. Nevertheless we will return for another 5 weeks in 2023. Theo and Hetty
Die Villa war super, viel Platz und tolle Aussicht. Leider konnten wir diese erst um 18.00 Uhr beziehen, obschon wir uns am Morgen bei der Ankunft bereits angemeldet haben und gefragt, ob es evtl. möglich ist die Villa zu beziehen, falls sie gereinigt ist.

Traumhafte Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Tankstelle innerhalb 5 Minuten. Ein Pool so wie eine Terrasse mit Sonne von Anfang bis Ende. Hauptschlafzimmer mit Außendusche nicht einsehbar. Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern. Grill vorhanden. Einfach super der Preis wird alleine durch das Panorama gerechtfertigt!

Es una villa genial, tanto en ubicación como en atención por parte del personal de Abahana villas, sin embargo tengo que remarcar que es necesario atender la jardinería exterior de la casa por el lado de la piscina,, pues quita la vista Del Mar en la mitad de la piscina y se ve que el crecimiento de esos arbustos van a más, mi recomendación es que se poden cuanto antes!

Excelente villa, excelente ubicación. La recepción de las llaves fue perfecta. Mi único pero es que me dijeron que me llamarían el día de antes para avisarme de si podía entrar antes y no lo hicieron. El mismo día llame y me dijeron que lo consultarían y tampoco me llamaron. Luego cuando recogí las llaves me dijeron que era imposible darme las llaves antes. Con lo cual no entiendo cómo en dos ocasiones me dijeron que lo consultarían sabiendo que era imposible. Y lo peor de todo, que me dijeron que me llamarían en dos oportunidades y NUNCA lo hicieron. Sinceramente no lo entiendo.
Ubicación fantástica. La villa está equipada con todo lo necessário. La atención del personal de Abahana ha sido perfecta

Die Villa ist wunderschön gelegen. Das Tor bei der Einfahrt und die ie Küche sollten gelegentlich renoviert werden. Das Haus hat ein typisch spanisches Ambiente und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder mal in dieses Haus.

We booked allready for next year and home thé swimming pool will be cleaner with mire towels
