CHARMING VILLA IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. FOR UP TO 6 GUESTS.
LAY OUT : The villa MORAIRA HILL consists of two floors but we will only have access to the ground floor. We enter the plot of the villa through a nice entrance that gives us access to a large area to park several vehicles. The main entrance to the villa is in front of the barbecue from where we have access to the living room and the open plan kitchen. The living room has a chaise -longue sofa with seating for five guests as well as a television. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary appliances for preparing meals. From here we can access a bedroom with two single beds. The hallway leads to the other rooms of this magnificent villa. There are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All the bedrooms have a bathroom with a shower en suite. At the end of the corridor is the dining room with a round glass table and several chairs.
EXTERIOR : La villa Moraira Hill cuenta con varios espacios en el exterior donde relajarnos y disfrutar con los demás huéspedes. En la parcela de la villa tendremos espacio suficiente para estacionar varios vehículos. Al lado de la piscina encontraremos una mesa de ping pong así como varias hamacas para tomar el sol. En un lateral de la villa encontraremos una mesa de comedor exterior con capacidad para todos los huéspedes así como la zona de barbacoa. En la terraza superior encontraremos otra mesa de comedor exterior con varias sillas.
LOCATION : The villa Moraira Hill has several outdoor spaces where you can relax and enjoy with other guests. On the plot of the villa there is enough space to park several vehicles. This beautiful villa is situated in a very quiet residential area, in contact with nature to enjoy a refreshing atmosphere and to disconnect. A 2 minute drive will take you to the lively village of Moraira, where you can enjoy its bars, restaurants and fine sandy beaches. It is the perfect place to enjoy our holidays in absolute tranquility and at the same time being able to go to the surrounding villages to enjoy even more of the Mediterranean life. On one side of the villa there is an outdoor dining table for all the guests as well as the barbecue area. On the upper terrace there is another outdoor dining table with several chairs.
OTHER : FREE WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING IN THE WHOLE VILLA, TABLE TENNIS. NO PETS ALLOWED.
Fabulous for its wide spaces and covered pool surrounded by palm trees and a well-kept garden in a quiet area. Only 7 minutes from the wonderful beaches of Moraira L'Ampolla and El Portet.
