SPLENDID VILLA LOCATED IN BENITACHELL- CUMBRE DEL SOL (COSTA BLANCA) THAT COMBINES LUXURY, ELEGANCE AND COMFORT WITH A BREATHTAKING VIEW FROM ALL THE ROOMS TO THE SEA. For a maximum of 6 guests.

LAYOUT: Villa HERMES is a two-storey villa with minimalist decoration. The villa offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, an ideal place to enjoy with family or friends. The main entrance gives us access to a hall where we can appreciate from the first moment the views of the Mediterranean Sea. To our right, taking a corridor, we have access to the two bedrooms located on this floor: one of them with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the upper terrace. Going down the stairs from the hall we access the lower floor. Here we find a large living-dining room with a four-seater sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table and a television. Just behind the sofa there is a table with chairs that can seat all the guests. The open-plan kitchen is located to the right of the dining room and has all the necessary appliances and elements to prepare perfect meals for our family and friends. The third and last bedroom is opposite the living room and consists of a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is also a guest toilet. 

EXTERIOR: On entering the property we have access to a large covered parking space for two vehicles. An external staircase to the right leads to the terrace on the lower floor. Here we find the swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers as well as the jacuzzi. On the left side we will find a chill out area with a sofa that can accommodate all the guests where we can watch the sunset during our stay. In addition, an outdoor dining table will be at our disposal. The upper terrace, which can be accessed from the bedrooms, is composed of another chill out area with a sofa and several armchairs that will allow us to have a drink and enjoy the stunning views of the villa.

SITUATION: The villa HERMES is located in the upper part of Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell which ensures perfect views of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is situated in a quiet area and only a few minutes away from supermarkets, restaurants, as well as the villages of Benitachell and Moraira.
