AMAZING FAMILIAR VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL JUST A 30 METRES FAR FROM THE SEA FOR RENT IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) for a maximum of 12 people.

Mar y Cel villa is a paradise that must be shared with family and friends. With a very attractive Ibiza style, the principal colours are turquoise and white. The bedrooms are decorated with a very good taste, always with a Mediterranean style. You will find the typical Balearic baskets hunged on the walls, saldals used as racks and other surprises that make this village a present for your eyes with fantasy and practicality at the same time.

LAY OUT: From the beach, the access to the villa is through a terrace, we arrive directly to the living-eating room. There we will find several sofas, a coffee table and a TV to share with our family or friends. There is a reading area at the other part of this space with a small sofa and a small table that offer us very nice views to the sea and to the terrace as a backdrop. We follow through the kitchen painted in turquoise colour and decorated with mosaic, a high table with chairs perfect for having a breakfast or an informal meal. There is an optimal bedrooms lay out all along the corridor. We start from a bedroom with two bunks bed that make kids feel very happy. After it we will find four more bedrooms, all of them ensuite, one with a double bed, the rest of them have two single beds.

EXTERIOR: This villa has two entrances, the main one is on a small street and gives us access to the big and spacious plot that offers us an impressive panorama and the versatility of this property. There is a parking area for several vehicles. The swimming pool is very charming with a green curtain made of natural plants. There are sunbeds for our sunbaths. An outside kitchen with its sofas, table and chairs, this is the perfect shelter to enjoy the outside despite the weather. The barbecue communicates with the kitchen for more comfort. There is a round table with chairs, for those who want to have a fresh drink while enjoying the sun. There is a corridor at the back of the house, the walls are painted with cactus shape decoration, full of colours. After it we arrive to the other terrace with sea views. In the shade we will have a chill-out area and in front of it on the other part of this big terrace a very comfortable table with chairs for sharing meals and snacks. Down the stairs there is a door with direct access to the street, a few meters far from the beach. There is also a shower very useful after a day on the beach.

LOCATION: This villa is located in the most exclusive area of Moraira. A few metres far from El Portet beach which is one of the most spectacular and nice places of the region. Moraira town centre is just two minutes driving from the villa, there we we will find all kind of restaurants, bar, shops, etc...
