BIG HOLIDAY VILLA IN BENISSA COAST (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL AND CLOSE TO THE SEA (400M). For up to 12 guest.

DISTRIBUTION: The villa is specially designed for families or large groups, as the house has three floors (ground floor, main floor and upper floor connected by internal and external stairs). The main access floor of the villa is at the pool level and has a huge living room, dining room and open kitchen with a fully equipped bar, a bedroom (with a double bed) and an en-suite bathroom and a bathroom with shower. Both the living room and the dining room are connected to a large covered terrace with beautiful and open views. At the same time, it is located a few steps from the terrace-garden with the pool area. The upper floor has a single room (with a double bed) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub and a private terrace. On the ground floor we find a living-dining room with another open American kitchen and two bedrooms (one with two single beds and two bunk beds) and the other with a double bed. On this same floor there is a bathroom with a shower. This level of the house is like a guest studio apartment. It also has a covered and outdoor terrace. On this same floor we will find a table football as well as a video game console to enjoy with family and friends.

EXTERIOR: The plot consists of about 1100 square meters, ideal for children, fully fenced in which we find different completely separate and independent spaces. As soon as we enter the property, to our left we find a "bail hut" with capacity for all the guests of the villa. This area will allow us to talk with our family and friends and thus be able to relax and enjoy. Around the pool we will find several hammocks where we can sunbathe. On the other side of the pool there is an outdoor table with chairs to eat and enjoy the weather. On the terrace adjacent to the main hall, we will find a table with two banquets that will allow us to enjoy magnificent panoramic views. At the back of the villa, we will find a small park with swings and a soccer goal to have fun with family and friends. Next to it, there is a basketball basket where interesting duels can be played. On the ground floor terrace, we will have at our disposal some armchairs under the porch as well as the ping pong table.

SITUATION: The villa is located in Cala Baladrar, in Benissa Coast (Little creek with clear waters and a small bar). 2 kms far from Moraira down town and 1 km far to Malls, drugstores ... in a nice quiet area, where you can realize all kind of activities.
