BEAUTIFUL VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL FOR 6 PEOPLE IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA).


LAYOUT: This beautiful villa has a 207 m2 living space distributed over two floors. The main floor has a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and a nice bathroom en suite with bath. The living / dining room is located next to the bedroom, it is notable for its large spaces and fabulous modern furniture, it has air conditioning and large windows that give access to the outside terrace where the pool is located. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the dining room. The upper floor is accessed via an internal staircase and has two fabulous bedrooms both with double beds and air conditioning in each of them, one of the bedrooms has access to a small open terrace with sun loungers and sea views. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and an Italian shower.


EXTERIOR: The villa has a 900 m² plot with charming terraces with plant boxes and different types of trees and shrubs, at the front of the house is the pool with large spaces around to enjoy the sun or great meals. At the side of the villa you will find a lovely barbecue area. The entrance to the plot is by a sliding door that gives access to the open parking area with enough space to park various vehicles.


LOCATION: This fantastic villa is located in a very quiet urbanisation of Benissa, has charming restaurants all around, within a radius of 3 km has fabulous beaches of fine sand and charming coves to visit.

La casa está muy bien y muy cuidada, a nivel de equipación tiene de todo, proyector de cine con un gran equipo equipo de audio, incluso distintos blueray en 3D con 6 gafas para ver películas como Avatar, Age Ace 3,etc. La cocina es amplia y dispone de exprimidor, tostadora, cafetera de cápsulas, horno,etc.. vajilla y cristalería muy completa. La iluminación por la noche de la zona exterior y de la piscina es genial. En general está todo muy bien. Puntos a tener en cuenta, hay una cuesta muy pronunciada que hay que subir para acceder a la villa, una vez dejas el coche dentro de la propiedad, no es cubierto, hay que subir una escalera con 30 escalones para acceder a la villa. Por ponerle solo un pero decir que lo único que tendrían que mejorar sería el tema de jardinería, pues no creo que vaya bien el sistema de regadío automático que tienen puesto,ya que se nota que hay plantas que necesitan agua. La recomendaría sin dudarlo.

Villa Deseo ist perfekt! Wir haben sie bereits zum 2.ten Mal gemietet. Lediglich der Beamer ist zu dunkel eingestellt, der sollte verbessert werden, weil man fast keine Filme so dunkel schauen kann. Sonst alles tipptopp!

Sencillamente espectacular. Desde el primer contacto por mail, el equipo de reservas nos trató con suma amabilidad y profesionalidad. A la llegada esperamos un poco ya que había mucha gente pero por lo demás, la villa estaba en perfecto estado, encantadora y bien equipada. Es cierto que no está en primera línea de playa en Moraira y estuvo bien tener coche pero conseguimos ese plus de tranquilidad. Perfecta estancia.
