LAY OUT: Built on an open plot of 800 m2, this villa is distributed on two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the upper floor we have two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. On the main floor we have a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. Finally we find a large living room with fireplace.
EXTERIOR: The property has a forested area, with lawn and palm trees. Next to it, there is space to park vehicles. It has beautiful open views to the countryside, and to the Mediterranean Sea and even the Natural Park of the Peñón de Ifach. The large pool has a beach shape, which makes it very easy and comfortable to enter. Next to the pool we have the sun loungers, the garden furniture and the barbecue.
LOCATION: Surrounded by fields, it has a lot of calmness and at the same time it is just a few minutes from the beach and the famous village of Moraira. It is an ideal retreat for those looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in a beautiful rural setting.
