ELEGANT AND MODERN VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) for a maximum of 12 people.

LAYOUT: This beautiful villa is distributed over two floors connected by interior and exterior stairs. We will enter through the lower floor where we will find a large living-dining room with a modern open plan fully equipped kitchen and a small bar with high seats for breakfast for five people, next to it we will find a beautiful rustic wooden table with five comfortable seats. This beautiful room has a direct access to the pool terrace thanks to large windows that provide a great luminosity in the living room. On this floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with two single beds, one of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower and all three have direct access to the garden. There is also a separate bathroom on this level with a shower for extra comfort. We go up the internal stairs to reach the upper floor where we have a warm and bright living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and an elegant wooden table where we can have a snack. This beautiful rounded room gives access to the terrace with beautiful views over the swimming pool and the sea. On this floor there are three further bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a king size bed, two of them have an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and the third one has an en suite bathroom with a shower. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.

EXTERIOR: This beautiful villa offers us many places to make the most of our holidays. We will access the pool terrace through the living room on the ground floor, on this covered terrace we will find a beautiful outdoor wooden table with six seats to enjoy delicious dinners and meals thanks to the barbecue protected from the powerful summer sun. Enjoy the warm Costa Blanca sunshine on the sun loungers on the artificial grass at the edge of the beautiful swimming pool. Down some stairs behind the pool there is a tree-lined garden with many palm trees and a wonderful tree house where the children can have fun. Leaving the living room on the upper floor we will have access to a second terrace, partially covered to enjoy the warm summer days on its sofas and admire the views from its wooden bench, we can enjoy the sun on its uncovered part on the sun loungers, some elegant exterior wooden stairs will take us to the swimming pool. Access to the villa is from the wooded garden area, where you can park your car within the grounds of the villa.

SITUAION: This elegant villa is located in a quiet urbanization of Calpe less than 10 minutes drive from the town of Calpe, with its beautiful sandy beaches, its lively promenade with all kinds of bars, restaurants, beach bars and nightclubs. Also its old town with shops, banks and all its services. We will be able to enjoy the tranquillity that the urbanisation offers us and at the same time be close to the lively town with its Mediterranean life to make the most of our holidays.
