SUPER VILLA TO RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, for up to 10 people.
DISTRIBUTION: The villa of about 260m2 is distributed on two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the top floor we have three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other two with single beds, both of them with beautiful views over the Sierra de Olta. We also find on this floor a full bathroom with bathtub. We can enjoy the beautiful terrace to enjoy the wonderful scenery and the views over the pool. On the main floor there are two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and a toilet. The spacious and comfortable living room has a flat screen TV and an iron fireplace. This warm and cosy living space is perfect for relaxing afternoons. Finally on this floor there is a large space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen as well as a lovely dining room with access to a covered terrace where we can eat sheltered from the sun characteristic of the Costa Blanca and enjoy a delicious barbecue.
EXTERIOR: The plot has a large entrance where we find space to park our vehicles next to the house protected from the sun, within a well-kept garden and classic sculptures welcome us to the main entrance. On a lower level we find the terrace with the pool and outdoor shower surrounded by sun loungers to make the most of the Mediterranean sun and enjoy a splendid view over the mountains of Olta and its hills. There is a large esplanade as a terrace next to the pool where children can play and enjoy the holidays.
LOCATION: This stately villa is located just 5 minutes by car from the beautiful sandy beach of Arenal de Calpe with its promenade where we can enjoy bars, beach bars and restaurants. And they are also 5 minutes by car from the charming old town of Calpe, with many shops and traditional restaurants.
