LAY OUT: This beautiful villa is distributed over three floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor we will find a large bright space with light colours and large windows that lead to the pool terrace. This space is composed of the living room with luxurious and comfortable light armchairs and a flat screen TV, as well as a modern and open kitchen with an island where we can have breakfast all together. The decoration of this newly renovated villa has a delicate and luxurious taste, full of light and brightness, the whole villa is modern and cosy. The bedrooms follow the style of the rest of the villa, full of light and light colours where we will rest in maximum comfort and luxury. On this floor we will find three bedrooms, two with two single beds each and one with a double bed, two of them with en-suite bathrooms. We will go up to the first floor through the modern interior staircase to find a large and bright room whose structure reflects the structure of the lower floor, this wonderful room is the living-dining room with comfortable sofas and a small table to have a snack and a colorful carpet and next to it we will find a modern wood table with 6 chairs and an elegant library as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. Thanks to its large windows that give light and warmth to this room we will also access a beautiful terrace with armchairs sheltered from the sun to enjoy the sunny days from which we will have splendid views over the pool and the magnificent Mediterranean Sea. We will find on this floor two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and both have access to the terrace. On the last upper floor we find two bedrooms with double beds , each one with en suite bathrooms, these bedrooms have beautiful views over the pool and a sea of pines trees followed by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
EXTERIOR: This elegant villa has a beautiful terrace with a pool which we will access from the ground floor, we will find in this terrace a nice table with chairs sheltered from the sun and a chill out area with comfortable sofas to enjoy the warm summer nights. We will also enjoy delicious meals thanks to the barbecue and the outdoor kitchen and we will be able to relax on the elegant light wooden bench with small table from which we will have beautiful views over the swimming pool and the fantastic waterfall followed by the splendid views over the bright Mediterranean Sea. By the pool we will find sun loungers to enjoy the sun of our Costa Blanca. We will access the villa by stairs and we will be able to park our car inside the plot of the villa
