LAYOUT: The Mediterranean Hacienda MONSERRAT is a true oasis of calm and relaxation in a breathtaking setting. The masterful entrance is from an Andalusian courtyard with exposed stonework, various balconies and a fountain. To our right is the open plan kitchen, with a central island, and with all the necessary elements and appliances to prepare delicious meals. A staircase leads to the first bedroom with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and a spacious closet. The en-suite bathroom has a shower. Back in the kitchen, we enter the living room with a natural wood table. Next to it is the living room with two comfortable sofas that can accommodate all the guests, coffee tables and a television. Next to the living room is the entrance hall connecting with the second bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. From the entrance hall we can climb the stairs to the upper floor of the villa. On this floor are the remaining two bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, one of them also has a bathtub and a closet. Both bedrooms have a terrace and balcony, one with a table and chairs to admire the views of the property.
EXTERIOR: On entering the property there is space to park several vehicles and a garage place. The swimming pool is located at the front of the property surrounded by sun loungers for sunbathing, relaxing and resting. Under the porch we will find an outdoor dining table with several chairs where we can enjoy an excellent meal. The villa offers us the possibility to enjoy the tranquillity with the different benches and chill out areas spread throughout the property. As a playground we find a petanque court, a volleyball or badminton court and a 1 km jogging track with several exercise stations.
