BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY VILLA ON BENISSA COAST (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for up to 11 people.
LAYOUT: the villa is spread over two floors connected by an external staircase. At the first floor, we have three bedrooms (one double and two with twin beds) and two complete bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath). The American kitchen is fully equipped. The comfortable well lighted living-dining room is elegantly furnished with modern furniture and finally we have a covered terrace. At the main floor (pool level), there are three bedrooms (two double and the third one with a single bed) and three complete bathrooms (one en suite with bathtub and the other two with shower). There is also a separate kitchen and a second ample living-dining room.
OUTSIDE: access the enclosed plot through a sliding door and there is enough parking place for the cars. The swimming pool terrace is surrounded by sun loungers, a masonry BBQ and a furnished, covered terrace where we will have the meals protected of the intense summer sun.
LOCATION: the property is ideally located in the urbanization la Fuster on Benissa coast, at 5 minutes by car from Calpe, its natural Park of the Peñon de Ifach, its beach area, all shops…
