MAGNIFICENT VILLA IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS. For a maximum of 8 people.


LAY OUT: Villa with two floors. On the ground floor we will find two bedrooms, with double beds and a bathroom with shower as well as a living room and full kitchen with direct access to the garden and the pool. On the upper floor of the villa there are two bedrooms: a double bed with bathroom and bath and access to the terrace with chill out. The other room has 2 single beds, a bathroom with bath and access to the upper terrace. 


EXTERIOR: We access the large plot and the first thing we find is a beautiful pool with sun loungers to sunbathe. The view is spectacular: the sea and the emblematic Peñón de Ifach de Calpe. A huge semi-covered parking area for 2 vehicles. At the front of the villa there is a terrace with a table and chairs for 8 people, a sofa and several armchairs to have a drink.


LOCATION: Villa located in Benissa, La Fustera. In a very quiet and residential area but with proximity to all services and the beach.


OTHERS: AIR CONDITIONING (IN THE BEDROOMS ON THE GROUND FLOOR), FREE WIFI. PETS ALLOWED. 

Well equipped and with a great terrace for summer evenings with friends. A+ location near the Fustera beach.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer und den Ifach. Der Pool ist sehr gut und groß. Viel Platz im Haus und gut eingerichtet. Man kann sich dort wohlfühlen. Auch die Betreuung von Abahana war gut und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze im Grundstück für 2-3 Autos vorhanden. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren nicht so gut. Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Ist bestimmt 10-15 Jahre alt. Habe mir vor Ort eine Kapselmaschine gekauft. 2 Betten waren etwas ungemütlich. Es gibt neben Netflix und Prime leider nur spanisches TV. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 1 Kilometer im Tal. Somit ein Auto notwendig. Aber im Großen und Ganzen definitiv eine Weiterempfehlung.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Bernia, plenty of space inside and out, stunning sea views and of the Ifach rock! We walked a few times down to the beach fustera and did the coast walk from there to Oceana marina and had a lovely breakfast! Also had lunch a couple of times at Mandala on fustera beach which is highly recommend! We would definitely stay at Villa b Bernia again! Abahana villas never disappoint, just amazing villas and service!

Estuvimos en familia una semana ,la casa es espectacular, sobro todo la tranquilidad que hay y el airecito tan bueno que corre siempre, la casa esta super bien equipada y destacar la piscina espectacular y se ve que recien reformada muy limpia , en resumen la aconsejo cien por cien si buscan tranquilidad y relax yo posiblemente volvere a esa villa de todas las que hasta ahora alquile la mejor sin duda, y nombrar también al equipo de abahavillas como siempre muy atentos ,tuvimos un pequeño problema con la barbacoa y enseguida solucionaron

Bonjour, Très belle villa très propre. Si il faut être exigeant, les matelas de siège de piscine avaient beaucoup de poils de chien et la vaisselle n’était pas toujours propre. Mais peu de chose par rapport aux superbes prestations ce cette villa! Merci beaucoup à vous!

An absolute gem, the villa is in a quiet residential area just a few minutes drive from the city center, but is located on a bit of a hill, giving views towards both the sea and the mountains. Waking up and taking coffee on the upstairs terrace is a wonderful way to star your day, and winding down at night looking out towards the city lights or taking a relaxing dip in the pool is the perfect way to unwind before bed. The Villa is in good condition, well maintained and has AC in all the bedrooms, and there is a portable AC you can use in the main salon. We tended to spend more time on the covered patio, where the breeze from the hills can cool you down during the hot days. Ample parking for at least four cars, hi speed wifi and television with Movistar, and all the normal expected appliances and plates make it a complete home experience. There's also a three burner gas grill on the terrace for when you want to grill some steaks. Truly there were times we had no desire to go anywhere else and just the ability to relax away from the noise of bars and restaurants was nice. It's family and pet friendly. We would definitely consider returning again.

Belle vue et environnement calme. L’intérieur (déco) et le mobilier nécessitent un bon rafraîchissement ainsi que les évacuations dans e Les salles de bain a revoir… Les extérieurs sont bien proportionnés et agréables. L’agence Abahanna a été réactive pour nos soucis rencontrés.

We were here for more than 3 weeks! Villa is nicely located, in a quiet cul-de-sac. Top view on Ifach! Villa needs however some "updating". Recomend the owner to spend some time at the house, and get things fixed (e.g. sinks not rinsing well, toilet flush not working, despite Abahana technicians trying to fix it twice etc). Just cleaning after every rental is not sufficient any longer. Could be 4* plus if things would get done. However, we would come back anytime!
