LAY OUT: This beautiful villa decorated in a rustic-modern style, has all the rooms in one single floor. The villa has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds. There is a spacious and bright living-dining room where we find a modern iron fireplace, a comfortable sofa and a modern style decor from where we have panoramic mountain views through a large glass window and decorative details in the rooms. The white color and soft tones dominate, creating a very spacious and comfortable living space. That floor has a modern fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.


EXTERIOR: The villa has a small terrace that gives access to the garden and pool, as well as a large terrace with a modern outdoor kitchen, creating a very comfortable place to be at, with views and access to the pool. This part is completely independent and closed.


LOCATION: The villa is located in a high and rural area of Benissa, which gives privileged views, at the same time a strategic location to access the coves of Benissa and Moraira where you can enjoy incredible crystal clear waters and all types of businesses. In the vicinity there are also multiple restaurants and shops.


OTHERS: PETS ALLOWED. AIR CONDITIONING AND FREE WIFI.

Jolie petite maison pour un couple avec enfants. Situation un peu éloignée mais belle vue depuis la villa. La cuisine extérieur est un plus.

Súper vacaciones en familia! Hemos pasado una experiencia inolvidable los 4 con nuestro perro. Decidimos darnos unos días de descanso y lo hemos conseguido, el entorno es muy tranquilo con vistas a la montaña donde los atardeceres son impresionantes. La casa es una maravilla, limpia, amplia con mucha luminosidad y con lo necesario para una familia. Es cierto que no está a pie de playa pero en 15 minutos estabas en cualquier sitio, vivitamos el pueblo de Benissa con su mercado, las playas de Calpe y Moraira y estuvimos en un chiringuito que nos dijeron las personas de abahana villas en la costa de benissa. Todo ha sido fabuloso, si tengo que volver alquilaré la misma villa.
