MEDITERRANEAN STYLE VILLA IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, SEA VIEWS AND OWN CYCLING WORKSHOP. For up to 12+2 guests.

LAYOUT: Villa CASA 2 is built on a single floor and is decorated in a truly marvelous ethnic, original and warm style. The entrance leads to a hallway with direct access to the kitchen, the living room and the dining room. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare fantastic meals for our friends and family. Directly in front of the kitchen there is a table with several chairs where we can have breakfast while looking at the beautiful exterior of the property. Right in the next room is the living-dining room with a table with several chairs as well as a sofa for up to 8 guests, two armchairs, a coffee table and a television. On the left side of the villa there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. On the right side there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. We will have at our disposal a total of four bathrooms with showers, one of them en suite, distributed throughout the villa. To access the last bedroom, we will have to go outside, as it is located in a separate flat next to the barbecue area. It consists of a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR: As soon as you enter the property you will have space to park at least three vehicles. At the front of the villa are some of the most important elements of this property, such as the swimming pool. The swimming pool has a beach-like access, which makes it very easy to access. There are also sun loungers and hammocks at our disposal that will allow us to rest and relax during our holidays. In the same part of the garden is the jacuzzi. On the left side of the garden there is a petanque court as well as a porch with a table for all the guests and several sofas where we can share moments with family and friends. On the right side of the villa is the barbecue area with a trampoline.

SITUATION: Villa CASA 2 is located in a quiet and residential area of Benissa. It is surrounded by nature with magnificent sea views and only a few minutes away from all the amenities of the area such as restaurants, supermarkets and activities offered by the charming town of Moraira and Calpe.
