LAYOUT: This beautiful villa is distributed over three floors, we will access the villa through the upper floor where we will find a spacious and modern living room with a flat TV, a cozy and modern fireplace and large white sofas, we will find a glass table with eight comfortable seats and huge windows that illuminate the room and delight us with wonderful views over the Mediterranean Sea. This whole villa is decorated with exquisite taste and luxury in neutral tones that highlight the luminosity offered by the sun, the bedrooms have been decorated in the same modern and elegant style as the bathrooms, it is a brilliant little paradise in its simplicity, quality and warmth. We will find a large and independent kitchen fully equipped with quality appliances. On this floor we will find a room with a double bed and a modern bathroom en suite with a luxurious bathtub, this room is illuminated thanks to its windows that will take us to a balcony with chairs and a small table. Connected to the living room we will find another terrace with some exterior sofas and a small table to enjoy the views to have a wonderful breakfast protected from the sun by a nice wooden awning. We will go down the internal stairs to reach the ground floor where we will find two modern and luxurious bedrooms illuminated by large windows and connected to a terrace with several armchairs and small tables to have a snack in front of the privileged views of the villa. The two rooms have double beds and a bathroom en suite with showers, we will also find a toilet in the hallway. Leaving through the windows we will find the pool , we will go down the external stairs to reach the garden and the last area of the villa where is the intimate and luxurious loft suite with an open kitchen and a small fridge, as well as a bathroom en suite with shower and a sofa bed for two children.
EXTERIOR: This elegant villa offers spacious areas to relax in the privacy of the terraces and balconies on each floor, decorated with exquisite taste and luxury with outdoor furniture, we can enjoy a relaxing time under the sun of our beautiful Costa Blanca. We can also take advantage of the sun to tan on the comfortable sunbeds chairs next to the loft. The upper floor as well as the ground floor have an exterior access to reach the beautiful pool of 8 on 4 meters with sunbeds around, and a pretty garden with flowers and trees that will give us freshness and privacy, through this garden we will access the loft We will have space to park three cars inside the enclosure of the villa.
LOCATION: Located on the magnificent coast of Altea, this elegant villa offers spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea, being on a cliff we will have before our eyes the immensity of the sea and the sky, as well as the beautiful Punta de Mascarat, the island of l'Olla and the beautiful coastline of Altea to the tip of the Sierra Helada, we can easily go down to the beach of Solsida and enjoy its crystal clear waters, we can also get close to the different harbours of Altea that offer many activities to make the most of our holidays, in just 15 minutes by car we can visit Calpe and its charming coast and fine sand beaches and in 8 minutes by car we will reach the charming town of Altea, with its delicious restaurants of traditional Mediterranean food and its beautiful old town of white and blue colors where we will enjoy all services such as banks, restaurants and beach bars.
