LAY OUT : This wonderful villa of 358m2 is divided into two independent floors, each one with his own access. Both floors have a kitchen, a living/dining-room, two bathrooms and three bedrooms (two with single beds and one with double bed) with good quality furniture and tasteful design. On the ground floor there is an access to the pool terrace from the luminous and spacious living/dining room. The upper floor has a covered terrace where there is a dining room and from which you will have wonderful views to the garden. The bedrooms with double beds are the ones with air conditioning.
EXTERIOR: This is a closed plot of around 1.402m2 which is accessed through a sliding door. The uncovered parking is behind the villa, you can park 3 vehicles. In front of the villa there is a pretty garden and both the garden and the pool’s terrace have all kinds of trees. By the pool you will find long chairs and parasols. The villa has also a covered terrace where there are a sofa and an outside table for you to enjoy nice summer evenings.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a famous neighbourhood of Moraira, just about 1.2 Km from the sea. There are plenty of beautiful beaches and coves with clear waters in the area. In Moraira you will find all the services you need : supermarkets, banks, drugstores, and restaurants.
