LAY OUT : This 145 m2 villa is spread over two independent floors. On the upper floor we find three bedrooms (two with double beds and the third with a bunkbed) and a bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen is independent and in front of it is the lovely living-dining room decorated in a modern style but with rustic touches as the fire place. On the main floor there is a garage for one vehicle, a room to store the luggage and a WC.
EXTERIOR : On an about 650 m2 plot, there is a uncovered car park and a garage. There is a solarium with unbelievable views to the sea and to the famous natural park of the Peñon de Ifach. This place is furnished with comfortable sofas to have a drink or relax. We also have a covered terrace with barbecue and a dining table for you to appreciate nice summer evenings and nights. Behind the villa there is an area with ping pong table and basketball hoop for all the family to enjoy holidays and make some exercise. Finally there is the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds where you can relax or have sunbathes.
