AMAZING VILLA FOR RENT IN TEULADA (COSTA BLANCA) with a private swimming pool, for a maximum of 6 people.


LAYOUT: The villa of 167 square metres has only one floor. There are three bedrooms (the main one with a double bed and the other ones with single beds), two bathrooms (one ensuite with a bath and the other one with a shower). Big living room with a fireplace and a big window from where we can see the outside terrace and the private swimming pool; an eating room with an equipped American kitchen.


EXTERIOR: This property has a very well cared flat plot, with Mediterranean plants . From the gate we have a tarmac access that arrives to the villa through the garden, where we have space enough to park our vehicles. Big covered front terrace with a lovely swimming pool with sunbeds and a built barbecue.


LOCATION: In a very quiet area, surrounded by hectares of agricultural land and just a stroll far from Teulada-Moraira village. 15 minutes driving to the Mediterranean sea and the beaches of Moraira. A perfect location for relaxing and walking through its marvellous boulevards.


OTHERS: AIR CONDITIONING IN THE LIVING ROOM AND ONE BEDROOM, FREE WIFI.

Exceptionnel !!! La villa Sapphire est l’endroit idéal pour des vacances loin du tumulte de la ville, la villa se trouve dans les hauteurs de la ville de Teulada. La vue est à couper le souffle, la villa est très bien équipée et très bien entretenue. Nous avons appréciés ce silence , le coucher du soleil magnifique depuis la vue. Pourtant nous étions à 2 min en voiture du centre ville de Teulada. Nous avons passés d’excellentes vacances.

We have been renting villas with Abhana for many years and in almost 20 years this is the nicest for us! Completely quiet location and has a beautiful private pool! For us just the right thing! The equipment is good and the kitchen is modern. We had one of our most beautiful vacations on the Costa Blanca there and are already considering booking this villa again for next year. ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION FOR THIS VILLA!

Cette maison nous a beaucoup plu car nous aimons le calme et la tranquillité même si la ville de Teulada est toute proche. La propreté pourrait être améliorée. L'accueil et le suivi client d’Abahana Villas sont vraiment excellent.

Unfortunately we had problems at the villa that were outside of Abahanas control (burst water pipe coming into the property) and we were moved to another villa. Abahana staff were great and could not have done any more to help us. I would recommend Abahana villas to anyone who wants to stay in Moraira/Calpe.

Gute Lage, jedoch ab und zu leichte Geräusche vom benachbarten Trafohaus. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Perfekter pool , schöne Terrasse, großes Grundstück, super Ausblick. In den Schlafzimmern könnten wertigere Möbel hinein und der Ofen und Die Mikrowelle können auch mal ersetzt werden. Für uns war es trotzdem ein sehr schönes Haus und wir überlegen es für 2021 wieder zu buchen👍

La villa esta a las afueras del pueblo de Teulada, con lo que le confiere una gran tranquilidad; desplazarse al pueblo son 15-20 minutos andando. La Villa es preciosa, con pequeños detalles que hacen la estancia muy agradable: la piscina con un tamaño perfecto para 6 personas, barbacoa, etc Las estancias estan bien, aunque algunos de los colchones estaban mal, y varios de nosotros lo sufrimos. El entorno es precioso, aunque nos deberian haber avisado que tras la casa hubo un incendio importante a finales de julio 2020 (asi nos lo explicaron en el pueblo); de hecho varios de los setos y el tendedero estaban calcinados. En el momento del checkin deberian habernos informado. Por otro lado, la limpieza general bien, pero las personas de la limpieza dejaron un pequeño pastel en un armario, y cunado llegamos nosotros, nos encontramos la cocina infectado de hormigas. Tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros, ya que el telefono de urgencia nos propuso venir al dia siguiente por la mañana. Por lo general, villa muy bonita con vistas espectaculares y aislada del centro de la localidad. El jardin y la piscina le dan un toque especial.
