CHARMING VILLA LOCATED IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 8 guests.

LAYOUT: Distributed on a single floor, the villa stands out for its practicality and comfort. We start with the spacious living-dining room with air conditioning that we find as soon as we enter the house, from there we go to the fully equipped independent kitchen and to the corridor from where the bedrooms, bathrooms and an additional living room are distributed. There are a total of three bedrooms (one in suite with bathtub and two with shower) and four bedrooms (two with a double bed each one and two with two single beds each one too). Last but not least, there is access to a laundry room from the outside.

EXTERIOR: We have two entrances to the plot, one of them automatic where we will find space to park our vehicles. We are welcomed by a dense and well-kept garden, made up of a great variety of fruit trees and flowers, which create a very pleasant and captivating atmosphere. As can be seen in the picture, the private swimming pool is located in front of the house, a beautiful area to enjoy, where we can take long refreshing baths, sunbathe on the sun loungers or use the barbecue area, with a wonderful outdoor kitchen with a bar with stools, sink, fridge and also a wood-burning oven. There is a further gathering area and a built-in barbecue in the garden, on a lower level.

LOCATION: Villa Rouillon is located in a quiet urbanization, in a cul-de-sac and therefore not very busy. It is only 1.8 km from the Andragó cove, a fabulous restaurant area with lots of charm.
