LAYOUT: The villa Pompeii is distributed on two floors. The entrance gives access to the main hall with an independent guest bathroom. Stairs here lead you up to the turret and office space. This hallway then leads into a large and bright open plan living room and dining area; the living room equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs complete with TV, and glazed doors leading to the upper terrace. In the dining area there is a dining table with chairs. Via double doors you access a beautiful independent kitchen equipped with quality appliances and everything needed to prepare delicious meals. There is a large kitchen island and breakfast table which is an ideal position to have breakfast while enjoying the first warm rays of the sun. On this floor, you will also find the first bedroom, equipped with a double bed, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Leading down the large marble stairs you will find three more additional self-contained bedrooms. The first (main bedroom) has a king size bed with dressing room, large en-suite bathroom with corner bath, ‘his and her’s’ double sink, and independent shower. This lovely bedroom overlooks the patio and pool area. On this level you will also find two further bedrooms, both have en-suite bathrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two singles. At the end of the corridor the door gives access to the fabulous flat patio and pool area. Via the patio you can gain entrance to a fully equipped and independent apartment. This modern self-contained apartment has a kitchen and living room with sofa, TV and bedroom with a double bed. It also has a bathroom with shower and on its own patio a table with chairs to share beautiful sunsets with your loved one. The second independent studio is accessed at the front of the villa. This modern self-contained studio is fully furnished with a lovely kitchen area, external patio with table and chairs. The living room has an excellent quality sofa bed and separate bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR: The villa Pompeii is set on two terraces, the top one which is accessed through either the kitchen or living room. This terrace offers spectaculars sea views and sun loungers to enjoy the sun. On the lower terrace there is a ping pong table and various sun loungers surrounding the pool. To the side of the main villa there is a fabulous exterior barbecue and kitchen area equipped with sink and barbecue facilities to prepare fantastic meals outdoors enjoying the warm sunny days and soft summer nights surrounded by family and friends . It also has a table and chairs for comfort and convivence. On the other side of the garden, trees and plants typical of the region bring freshness to this space. From almost every spot of the villa exist fantastic views over the magnificent Mediterranean sea.
