LAY OUT: OUT OF THE BLUE villa offers a mix of modernism and comfort. The main entrance gives us access to the living room, dining room and an American kitchen. A feeling of spaciousness and serenity invades us when entering the property. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances as well as a table bar allows you to share breakfast or a snack with family or friends. Next to it we can find a dining table with 6 chairs for another meal space. The living room with a comfortable sofa and armchairs around the coffee table allows us to enjoy a moment of relaxation or watching a movie. Back in the entrance, a corridor gives us access to the three bedrooms of the villa. Two bedrooms with twin beds and one bathroom with shower and the third bedroom with a double bed with an en suite bathroom equipped with a shower.

EXTERIOR: The outside entrance of the property gives us direct access to a space where to park two cars. The villa has a large terrace with a chill-out ambiance where to share long drinks and enjoy the pleasant evenings offered by the Mediterranean climate. Near to us, we will find a table and chairs to enjoy lunches and dinners outside. The pool with sunbeds will offer us freshness and relaxation, ideal for sunbathing. At the other side of the pool, next to the outdoor shower, you will find a small round table and chairs overlooking the garden, ideal for a quiet reading moment.

LOCATION: The OUT OF THE BLUE villa is located in a quiet area of Moraira, but remains close to useful services (restaurants, supermarkets, bars etc...). The beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca and the village of Moraira are at short drive away.
