MAGNIFICENT VILLA SITUATED IN TEULADA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 8 guests.
Villa MARIA TERESA is part of a private complex of five villas to which you access to through an electronic gate. The outdoor area has a video surveillance system for customer safety. The entire complex offers beautiful common gardens.
The whole complex can accommodate up to 36 guests, ideal for corporate group meetings, several families or sport teams who can enjoy the proximity of the villas but with full independence.
LAYOUT: Villa Maria Teresa is distributed in two plants connected with a interior staircase. At the entrance of the villa we access to a big and bright space living room, where we will find two sofas with a coffee table and a TV. At the other side we will see a dining table with chairs to share meals or for relax. Next, we will see the kitchen equipped with all the appliances to prepare meals with much comfort and space. In this floor we will find the first two bedrooms both with double beds. One of them has a large window which is connected to the terrace and the pool. This bedroom has a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor we will find the other two bedrooms: one of the equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The first one is a spacious and comfortable master bedroom with a bathroom with shower. This bedroom has access to a terrace where we can enjoy the spectacular views. An ideal place to have a break or to relax. In this floor we will find the third bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
EXTERIOR: This villa has a space and practical terrace with table and chairs for all the guests where we can share living moments with friends or family. Under the shade of the porch, it is a delicious place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and the long sunsets in summer. The pool area surrounded by sun loungers is another very nice option to cool off the sunbathe. In the access to the villa you can park two vehicles comfortably.
SITUATION: Villa located in TEULADA, a few minutes of all the services by car but in a quiet and private place.
