MAGNIFICENT VILLA LOCATED IN TEULADA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. For up to 8 guests.
Villa MARI CARMEN is part of a private complex of five villas, which is accessed through an electronic door. The outdoor area has a video surveillance system for customer safety. The entire complex offers beautiful common garden areas.
The entire complex can accommodate up to 36 guests, ideal for meetings of corporate groups, several families or sport teams, who can enjoy the proximity of the villas but with full independence.
LAYOUT: The interior of Villa Mari Carmen is divided in two floors. Upon entering, we will find a spacious and very bright space with a living room/dining room with two sofas with a coffee table and a TV, plus a dining table and a cosy living room to share meals or relax moments. Next to it we will find a large and well equipped kitchen where prepare meal. On this floor we also have three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. The first bedroom has a double bed with a shower room and a window with a direct access to the terrace and pool. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds each. The fourth bedroom of the villa is located on the upper floor, it is a spacious and comfortable room which has a double bed and a bathroom with shower, as well as an access to a terrace with splendid views. An ideal place for a relaxing break at any time of the day or night.
EXTERIOR: The villa Mari Carmen has a large and practical terrace with table and chairs for all the guest where sharing grateful moments with family or friends. Under the shade of the porch, there is a delicious place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets of the Mediterranean climate. We will also find two more spaces where enjoying holiday time with friends and family, either under the pergola next to the barbecue or under the olive tree with terrace furniture. The pool area surrounded by sun loungers is another very nice option to relax or sunbathe. The garden of the villa is very lush, with plants and trees typical of the region of the Costa Blanca, and offers a very appreciated privacy that allows us to enjoy our holidays with intimacy. In the open parking of the villa you can park two vehicles.
SITUATION: Villa located in Teulada, a few minutes of all the services by car but in a quiet and private place.
