We offer you three options to meet your needs, as well as a specific cancellation policy for official restrictions:
Book with this option to get the best possible price with a non-refundable cancellation policy.
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, regardless of the reason, you will receive a voucher for the total amount paid, redeemable for any other stay without villa limitation.
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, regardless of the reason, you can choose between a refund of the amount paid minus cancellation fees (8% of the booking amount) or a voucher for 100% of the amount paid.
We offer a full refund of the amount paid for any of our rates if your stay cannot take place for any of the following reasons:
- Quarantine of at least 7 days to enter Spain.
- Temporary closure of borders (exit border of the country of origin or entry into Spain).
- Perimeter closure preventing entry into the Valencian Community.
- Sectoral closure (prohibition of the rental of holiday homes in Spain or in the province of Alicante).
Cancellation window for specific official restrictions: Between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date or the day before arrival if the reason for cancellation occurs within the last 7 days before arrival.

Once you have chosen the property you want, you just have to let us know which payment method you prefer and we will send you a pre-booking, which blocks the villa until 12:00 p.m. the next day so you can make your first payment. Once we have received it, we will send you a booking confirmation.
Our booking's team is at your disposal every day to advise you in multiple languages, adapting to your schedules and preferences.
If you wish to make an online booking, first enter our home page (www.abahanavillas.com) to search, filter and compare the available villas for the dates of your preference. Once you have chosen the property that suits your needs and that you like the most, click on the "Book" button and let yourself be guided by our intuitive online booking process. There are only two steps: Configure Booking and Payment.
Accepted online payment systems are Visa, Mastercard or Maestro bank cards. If you want to pay by bank transfer or have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our booking department.
After you have made the first payment or the full payment of your booking, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation email!
There are 4 payment options:
- 10% - 90% installments: Available if the booking is more than 30 days before the arrival date.
1st installment: 10% to pay upon booking.
2nd installment: 90% to pay at least 31 days before your arrival. - 50% - 50% installments: Available if the booking is made more than 7 days before the arrival date.
1st installment: 50% to pay upon booking.
2nd installment: 50% to pay at least 7 days before your arrival. - Monthly installments: Available if the booking is made more than 180 days in advance.
- Single payment: Always available. The full amount of the booking must be paid to confirm it. This payment option is mandatory for all bookings made less than 7 days before their arrival. A 5% discount can be obtained with this payment option, as long as the booking has been made at least 31 days before arrival.
No, payments are not automatically charged on your bank card. You must access your user zone and make each payment personally and before their expiration dates.
If you want to extend your booking after it has been confirmed, you can check if it is possible from your user zone or contact our booking department.
If you want to move dates, you must consult what is indicated in our General conditions of use and rental in clause 3.12.
The payment method cannot be modified after a booking has been confirmed, but the payment system may be different if you wish (eg first payment by bank card, second by transfer).
In your user zone you will find all the information you need about your bookings and the status of your payments. If you do not have a user account on our website, you can quickly create it from www.abahanavillas.com/en/login. Remember to use the email address you provided when making your booking.
In all our bookings we require a warranty deposit or security deposit, the amount of which varies according to the characteristics of the villa. It is a way to guarantee the good use and conservation of the furniture, as well as the equipment and other conditions reflected in the rental contract.
The warranty deposit will be unlocked or returned within 7 days of your departure, as long as the correct state of the accommodation has been verified.
When you make the first payment and for your complete security, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.
Many of our villas are pet friendly. You can get this information on our website by visiting the villa's page, or simply by asking our booking team.
If the villa is pet friendly or your request is accepted by the owner, remember you will be asked to pay a small fee of 50 € for each pet.
Our online check-in process allows you to provide the mandatory registration information about the guests in your booking quickly and easily.

The keys cannot be collected from any office other than the one indicated in the booking. Under no circumstances will you be able to go straight to the villa, since prior to the guest's entry the accommodation registration is mandatory, it is imperative that our cleaning team has completed its work and a quality control inspection has been carried out. For security reasons, cleaning crews are not authorized to let guests into the villa if check-in has not been completed.
In the event that the guest arrives after the time indicated in the contract, they must contact Abahana Villas to arrange handover of keys (Late Check-In).
Upon arrival we will need your identity document or passport and a credit card to withhold the warranty deposit.
Departures must take place before 10:00 a.m. in the morning and the house's keys must always be returned to the Check-In office where they were collected from.
