GREAT HIGH STANDING VILLA WITH STUNNING VIEWS overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, with private pool for 8 people.


DISTRIBUTION: This villa is arranged on two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor are three

bedrooms (double beds) and three bathrooms (en suite). Also on this floor a fully equipped kitchen, large living room dinning room with spectacular sea views and a cleaning room. Upstairs there is a fourth bedroom (double bed) with en suite bathroom and a lovely terrace from which to contemplate the views.


EXTERIOR: This villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with palms, different trees and grass. We have a magnificent swimming pool that invites to cool off with the magnificent views over the Moraira bay. There is a covered area fully furnished for BBQ and outdoor meals. The entrance to this property through an automatic sliding door offers enough space to park our vehicles.


LOCATION: It is located in a prestigious and quiet area of Moraira on the sea front with stunning views over the most beautiful Mediterranean Coast and only 5 minutes drive from town, where one can enjoy the sandy beaches and crystalline waters.

This is a fabulous villa with exceptional views across to Moraira and the sea. We were fortunate enough to stay here whilst the festivals were on and the view of the fireworks was breathtaking. The external facilities were well appointed which meant we stayed around the villa more than visiting the local beaches. It was also very peaceful and quiet. The only two very minor grumbles were due to the amount of pine trees on the neighboring property, there was constant needles and debris around and in the pool and the pressure to the showers in the ground floor bedrooms was not great. However we would definitely visit again.

Fantastic Villa in a great location with uninterrupted views of the sea and Moraira. All the facilities you could want and very clean. The agents were great and very responsive to our needs. We have stayed in many holiday Villas in the Moraira area and this was by far the best and we hope to use Abahana agents again and would have no reservations in recommending Villa de Estrella de Moraira to our friends and family.

Es una villa la cual está muy bien equipada, en la cocina no falta de nada. Todo en general de 10. Las mejores vistas, impresionante. La zona de barbacoa tiene de todo incluso pata hacer paellas. Camas muy cómodas. El chico que nos atendió en la oficina de abahana un encanto y muy atento y cuando hicimos la reserva súper amable la chica. No hay ni un pero. Volveremos a repetir con ellos. Gracias.

Einziges Defizit ist die stark riechende Ölheizung, die selbst am anderen Ende des Gartens stark riecht. Ein Öffnen der Fenster im hinteren Bereich und ihn der Nähe des Auslasses ist nicht möglich. Damit ist eine Durchführung der Zimmer nicht möglich.
