LAYOUT::This stunning villa combines contemporary and Ibiza styles to create a unique and luxurious retreat. Situated in Moraira, Spain, the villa boasts spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the town of Moraira. The villa is distributed over two floors, each with its own distinct style. The upper floor features a contemporary open-plan living and dining area with large windows that offer breathtaking views of the sea. As well, we find here a comfortable kitchen area with a small outdoor terrace to enjoy spectacular sunrises whilst sipping on a delicious cup of coffee or fresh orange juice. The kitchen has ample space for cooking, food preparation, and storage, with high-quality appliances and modern fixtures. The lower floor features the other Ibiza-style bedrooms and offers us an exit to the fabulous outdoor dining area, fully equipped with a cozy barbecue corner. Throughout the villa, there are touches of both contemporary and Ibiza styles, such as textured rugs, natural materials, and bold accent turquoise colors. The result is a stylish space that seamlessly blends the two aesthetics. All the spaces are decorated with neutral tones and natural materials, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.The colors and textures used in the design create a cozy and relaxing ambience.
EXTERIOR: The villa's exterior features a beautifully manicured garden with a variety of plants and trees In a multi-level space, adding to the villa's natural and organic feel. There is a comfortable outdoor dining area with a large table and chairs, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals with family and friends. Just next to this dining area, we find a pool area with sunbeds which provide a comfortable and relaxing space to soak up the sun, read a book, or take a nap. Through some external stairs we can reach up to the highest level, where some hammocks under beautiful pine trees are offering a great way to relax and experience the wonderful views over the Mediterranean Sea.Although perfectly marked, due to the different levels of this area, special caution is asked when going up with the smaller ones.
