LAYOUT: The entrance of the villa gives access to a spacious wide living room with a seating area, where the large windows provide a breathtaking 180 degree view. A large table with dining facility for 10 people is located in the middle of the dining room. The sitting room is composed of a two seater sofa, a three seater sofa, an armchair and a Smart TV. On this level there is also a guest toilet and a library. Next to the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances to make delicious meals. An indoor staircase leads us to the upper floor, where we will find five bedrooms. There are three double bedrooms with extra large beds and two of these have a Smart TV. The other two bedrooms have two singe beds each. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms except for one twin bedroom, which has its own bathroom opposite to it. All bathrooms are equipped with rain shower heads and one of them also has a bath. From four bedrooms we have sea views and we will have the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. On this floor, you also find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. For your confort, here you will find a second refrigerator of large capacity.

EXTERIOR: Benimagia is a new built and modern villa with minimalist finish quality. The villa is located in an elevated position in Moraira, Benimeit. Come and enjoy the impressive panoramic views of the sea, from El Portet to the Peñón de Ifach in Calpe! The south-facing location of the villa guarantees sun throughout the day and offers privacy for a pleasant holiday away from everything. The entire main floor opens onto a very spacious terrace surrounding almost the whole villa with several relax areas under the sun or under the shade. If we go out through a window situated in the living room, we will find outside a dining table and its chairs protected by a roof as well as a chill out area. Some steps lead to the 9x4 infinity pool surrounded by a large sun terrace. You will find sun loungers as well as an outdoor shower and a gas barbecue in the pool area.
