LAY OUT: The garden of this magnificent villa has a mixture of influences: Oriental, Japanese…The villa is a real invitation to relax. A real spectacle for our eyes and our senses, this house is very tastefully decorated and every detail has been chosen with the highest sophistication. We access the house through a huge entrance where we will find a kitchen on the right. Spacious and bright, completely equipped with all white goods and appliances. From there we will have a direct access to the terrace where we can share meals and snacks outside with all the comfort that you can imagine. In the elegant living room there is a large table with its chairs in a very exquisite space perfect for having long conversations among the guests. In the living room there are also several sofas and armchairs, in that room we can relax or go to the main terrace directly. Going through the corridor we'll get to the bedrooms, two spacious ones with double beds, an Asian style decoration in one of them and a mixture of Egyptian in the second one. Next to them we have a complete bathroom. A huge internal staircase lets us to access to the first floor where we find a bedroom with a double bed. Then we have the master room, equipped with a dressing room and a huge bathroom with a screen that separates the bath from the bed. This bedroom has amazing views over the garden and the main bed has the highest comfort. After this area we arrive to a Japanese inspiration style space, a tatami surrounded by windows that let the daylight go through all day long and with a blind system that allows us to close them if we wish. A real example of design, the tatami space offers us the possibility of relaxing, reading and share amazing moments.
Leaving this idyllic place through another corridor will get to a double bedroom with a bathroom just in front of it . After it we arrive to a master suite with another bathroom just in front of it. With Asiatic-oriental style, the huge bed lies to a big window with amazing views, the shower room is an invitation to the good taste and delicateness. This property has been built with high quality and original materials that gives this suite a sacred touch that cannot be compared to any other one. Lastly, the wooden stairs gives us access to a diaphanous space, with a sofa and armchairs, all made of wood, to relax in a different atmosphere to the rest of the bedrooms. EXTERIOR: This Smart villa gives us, terraces and balconies at all the floors, several corners to relax with peace and tranquillity. We find sunbeds by the private swimming pool so that we can sunbath and relax ourselves by the Jacuzzi (with extra cost) for an optimal relaxing moment. Through several stairs we arrive to the main terrace where there is a big table and chairs so that we can share meals and unforgettable snacks or cold drinks. From the terrace there are several direct accesses to the living room, eating room and the double bedroom that is placed at the ground floor. Several outside forested and gardened areas allow us to enjoy from the sun and the fresh nights under them. There is parking for three vehicles at the plot.
