MAGNIFICENT CONTEMPORARY VILLA IN JÁVEA (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL AND STUNNING VIEWS. For up to 8 guests.

LAYOUT: The villa ATLAS, of modern and contemporary construction, is arranged over three floors. We access the property from the hall formed by an interior courtyard. To access the first floor we must climb some steps that will lead us to a large open space formed by the kitchen, the living room and the dining room. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary elements to prepare fantastic meals. The dining room has a table with seating for all the guests. Finally, the living room has a 5-seater sofa and several armchairs, which will allow us to relax and enjoy some time with family or friends. Throughout this floor, we will be able to view the surroundings with the sea in the background. Going up the stairs again, we will access the middle floor where there is a space with two armchairs to enjoy a relaxing moment with good views of the surroundings. There is also the first bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. To access the top floor, we will go upstairs. The remaining three bedrooms are located on this floor, all of them with a double bed. We will have at our disposal a bathroom with shower. 

EXTERIOR: Access to the property is via a steep slope from the entrance gate, with space to park three vehicles. We access through the side of the villa to the pool area with several sunbeds under a porch with excellent sea views. On the terrace of the first floor there is an outdoor dining table with capacity for all the guests, where we can enjoy lunch and dinner outside the villa. In addition, under the porch on the first floor there is a chill out area with several sofas where you can enjoy the views of the sea and the surroundings. Luxury, comfort, privacy, nature and relaxation will be the watchwords for a successful stay in this magnificent villa. 

SITUATION: Villa ATLAS is located in a quiet and residential area, on the heights of Jávea, offering a sublime panoramic view of the sea and only a few minutes from the centre of Jávea and its beaches, as well as restaurants and various leisure facilities.
