BEAUTIFUL VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for up to 8 people.

LAYOUT: The villa is distributed on two floors, connected by an exterior staircase. On the upper floor we have two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms en suite with shower. We have a fully equipped American kitchen and a large comfortable living-dining room, from this living room we go out onto a wooden terrace equipped with terrace furniture. Finally we find a courtesy toilet. On the lower floor we have two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. Finally it has an American kitchen and a dining room.

EXTERIOR: This villa has a garden, with various trees and plants. It has a large terrace with swimming pool and sun loungers and a nice terrace area with a barbecue to entertain and relax.

LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area, conveniently located just a few steps from the sandy cove Cala del Mallorqui, with Les Basetes boat club a little further along the new 'cliff top' nature walk, where you can find two restaurants as well as all kind of activities including sailing, windsurfing, and diving. Supermarkets and restaurants is also located next to the villa.

OTHER: FREE WIFI INTERNET AND FIBRE, AIR CONDITIONING IN THE BEDROOMS, TABLE TENNIS.

With Ibizan touches, just two minutes on foot from a private cove. Perfect for holidays with children.

We just had an amazing week at Villa Yelir as a group of 6 adults. Plenty of space for everyone, the outdoor area around the pool, table tennis and bbq were used everyday and we really enjoyed having our own private space. Less than a 5 minute walk is a couple of lovely snorkelling and swimming coves, also a few restaurants and little farm shop for everyday essentials. For a larger food shop we got a taxi as the walk home is over 20 minutes and up a hill but taxis are easy to call and book and speak English. The area of the villa is lovely and quiet and nice views. Had the best week and would highly reccomend!

Villa en estupendo entorno y ubicación y muy espaciosa. Está bastante bien equipada, con muchos utensilios de cocina. El aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones es imprescindible y también tiene ventilador en el salón principal de la planta superior. El salón de la planta inferior no tiene un sofá muy cómodo y la tv es pequeña. No tiene persianas en ninguna ventana. El agua de la piscina tiene una temperatura ideal para disfrutar con niños. Hay tanta vegetación y humedad en la zona que en cuanto cae el sol hay muchísimos mosquitos. Repetiríamos y la recomendaríamos para parejas de amigos o familias con niños.

¡¡Fantástica estancia!! Vacaciones en familia en Julio en plena ola de calor y hemos estado muy a gusto, super tranquilo, la zona de la piscina es una maravilla. La ubicación permite disfrutar del mar a pie y tiene supermercados, farmacia, playas y otros preciosos pueblos muy, muy cerca en coche. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

En general la villa esa muy bien. La zona exterior es muy agradable y funcional. El interior está dividido en dos pisos totalmente independientes, lo que te permite un poco más de privacidad en caso de ir con amigos. Como puntos a mejorar que no funcionaba la red wifi y que el proceso de recogida de llaves fue muy largo

Hemos estado en esta villa alojados en julio de 2020 junto con otra pareja y los niños de ambos, en total 8 personas. La ubicación perfecta, a 15 minutos a pie de la playa de la fossa y a escasos 6 minutos de otras calas de piedra a las que no fuimos porque eran peligrosas para los niños. Tiene espacio para dejar dos coches dentro del recinto de la casa pero al aire libre. La piscina espectacular, grande, 9 x 5 metros y muy limpia. con una ducha exterior y 6 hamacas nuevas y una sobrilla enorme. Al lado, la zona de comer en el exterior con una pérgola que daba mucha sombra y con la zona de lavadero y barbacoa. La casa dicen que tiene unos 20 años pero por dentro es nueva. Dos plantas con dos apartamentos independientes a los que se accede por una escalera exterior. En la planta baja, zona de comedor, cocina americana con vitrocerámica y frigo pequeño. Lavadora en zona independiente. Dos dormitorios de matrimonio, uno de ellos con armario empotrado, el otro con baldas de obra, y un baño con ducha. En la plata de arriba, dos dormitorios con baño cada uno, salón y cocina americana, con un frigorífico/congelador de tamaño normal y lavavajillas (fallo que esté en la planta de arriba el frigo grande y el lavavajillas, muchos paseos para arriba y para abajo cada vez que comíamos que lo hacíamos en el exterior). La casa tiene todo el menaje necesario para 8 personas, batidora, cafetera, tostadora, plancha,... en definitiva, es una casa totalmente recomendable para alojarte en ella con niños si tu intención es descansar y aprovechar la piscina privada. La urbanización muy silenciosa y anónima. Precioso entorno.

Villa superbe, dans un cadre privilégié et verdoyant. Conforme à la description. Endroit globalement calme et paisible. Il manque des parasols pour trouver un peu d'ombre sur les transats, et la magnifique terrasse en hauteur, gagnerait elle aussi avec un store pour en profiter plus dans la journée. Malgré tout nous avons passé un Séjour très agréable et le personnel d'Abahana est à notre écoute et professionnel. Nous recommandons cette villa.

Me and my party of 5 including one 3 year old, stayed in the Yelir villa Calpe. I would highly recommend staying here. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, and we will be coming back again.LocationThe location was great, it said we did not need a car so we did not and it was fine. It was quiet, relaxing and had a few nice restaurants / shops in easy walking distance.VillaThe villa was clean, tidy spacious and no issues at all. There was plenty of spare bedding and the villa had that luxury feel about it. The pool was a very good size with steps leading to the pool, there is also a nice shaded area with plenty of sun beds. The villa its self was very relaxing and just what we wanted. The only improvement I would say is there was no washing up liquid, dish washing brush, tea and coffee or sugar. I understand the villa is self-catering however it would have been nice to have no worry about purchasing washing up equipment. The villa down stairs had two bedrooms and there was no internal stair case. Down stairs, has a nice kitchen area and that luxury feel continued throughout. I have a three year old and for the villa was child friendly.OtherThe villa staff put us in contact with a taxi company for airport transfers and this was prefect. There was an issue with one of the beds and a quick email to the staff and they felt that same day, it was nice to see how quickly they acted.I would highly recommend the villa and company. Very professional and could not do enough for us. I am sure I will be back in the near future.
