CHARMING FAMILY VILLA FOR 8 PEOPLE IN CALPE WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL.

LAY OUT: This lovely villa is full of charm and has two floors connected by outside stairs and two terraces with amazing views. On the ground floor there is a spacious and attractive living room where we can enjoy the best moments of the day, next to it there is a there is a completely equipped kitchen where we can cook the delicious Mediterranean meals. By this area we find two bedrooms; A suite with a double bed and a complete bathroom, another bedroom with double bed and a separated bathroom. The lay out is very comfortable and practical. Going up the first floor through the outside stairs, we will access a living room with two comfortable sofás. The eating room on the covered terrace has amazing panoramic views, perfect to share very relaxing moments and enjoy the views to the Calpe bay and the sea line. The independent kitchen is completely equipped with all the necessary white goods. On this floor there is also another suite with a double bed and a complete bathroom, another bedroom with two single beds and a separated bathroom.

EXTERIOR: The villa is located on a very private plot where there is a lovely private swimming pool with nightlight. In the garden we can sunbathe using the sunbeds or just have a cold drink under the parasol using the existing table and the chairs, a perfect place to use during the warm summer nights or at any time of the day. There is a parking for two vehicles.

LOCATION: The villa is located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood of Calpe just 1,7 kilometres far from the sea and close to many restaurants and activities that can be done in the town such as; bars, restaurants where we can have the best breakfast, enjoy from a tasty paella or have a drink in the evening.
