COSY VILLA TO RENT (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND for up to 6 people.
LAYOUT: This is a two floor villa, although only the upper floor is open for rentals.There is three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with 2 single beds) and two bathrooms (one en suite with shower and one separate bathroom). We have a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. It has a spacious living room from which we can access to the covered terrace and the garden.
EXTERIOR: It has a covered terrace, furnished and with a portable gas barbecue. A magnificent place to take shelter from the sun and enjoy a family barbecue. It has a swimming pool with a large terrace around it. The plot has two accesses, a pedestrian access on the upper level and the other with uncovered parking on the lower level.
LOCATION: Situated in an excellent location, just steps from the sea, the beach and all amenities. Quiet and well located, perfect for our vacation. Near the sandy beach of La Fosa where you can find many restaurants and bars.
