BEAUTIFUL VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL FOR 6 PEOPLE.


LAYOUT: The villa has 252 m2 and is divided into two floors which are communicated by an external staircase. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, one of the bedrooms has a nice en suite bathroom with shower. This floor has another bathroom with shower. The dining room is all wood and communicates directly with a fully equipped American kitchen. The main floor has a bedroom with a split double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with en-suite shower. The bedroom communicates with a large sitting room, has an iron fireplace and is furnished with an exquisite taste mixing modern and rustic styles, highlights the large sliding glass doors that give access to the outside covered terrace. This same floor has a dining room and a space to work with a beautiful solid wood desk. The separate and fully equipped Kitchen is located between the living room and the dining room.


EXTERIOR: The villa has a 1568 m2 fully fenced plot, accessed by a hinged door that gives way to the parking area where you can park several vehicles. The exterior has areas of natural grass, beautiful trees and numerous plant pots with different types of shrub. In front of the house is located the large 10X5m pool with large spaces around it furnished with nice sun loungers. To the rear of the villa there is a covered terrace where you will find the outside dining area. At the top of the house there is a furnished terrace with comfortable sofas to enjoy the beautiful sunny days.


LOCATION: The villa is situated in the well known urbanisation of Carrio in Calpe, only a 3 minutes car drive to places such as the village centre, the fabulous Sports Club of Les Basetes and the lovely coves and beautiful beaches of fine sand of the area. Definitely a wonderful place to enjoy a lovely holiday.

Great villa in terms of the amount of space. Well equipped kitchen and the pool was a great size! This villa would not be suitable for a family with young children as the main bedroom is too far away from the basement area that contains the other two bedrooms. No air conditioning in the basement bedrooms so it was very hot and the fans were on all night! The garden has not be tified before we arrived anf andre were dead leaves all over the place. I had to brush them all up to make the place look more presentable. The grass had not been cut. The villa is withjin walking distance but only suitable for those who want to walk.

Belle maison mais manque la climatisation dans les chambres donc les nuits sont dures . Quelques electro assez vieillos, bcp de plantes qui font que la piscine est vite salles ainsi que les terrasses mais bien dans l ensemble

LA VILLA ES MUY BONITA Y TIENE MUCHAS POSIBILIDADES. SE PRODUJERON ALGUNAS INCIDENCIAS, PERO LA GESTIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN DE LAS MISMAS FUE SATISFACTORIA POR PARTE DEL PERSONAL DE ALBAHANA VILLAS, QUE SE PRESTARON EN TODO MOMENTO A SU RESOLUCIÓN CON MUCHO INTERÉS. HEMOS PASADO UNOS DIAS MUY AGRADABLES EN LA VILLA , TIENE MUCHO ESPACIO TANTO INTERIOR EN LA VIVIENDA COMO EXTERIOR JARDIN, PISCINA, PATIO. EL MOBILIARIO, VAJILLA Y ENSERES MUY COMPLETOS. Se rompio el microondas y al día siguiente teniamos otro. Los colchones muy comodos y las sábanas muy limpias. El personal muy atento y amable.

Hola, la villa esta muy bien pero nos ha llamado la atención dos cosas; el hecho de que solo hubiera aire acondicionado en una habitación (no se distribuía muy bien el aire al resto de la casa y hemos pasado muchísimo calor. En la planta baja ha sido imposible poder estar por el calor sofocante que hacía a pesar de los ventiladores). Y la otra cosa es la iluminación exterior algo deficiente. Por lo demás la casa esta muy bien y hemos pasado unos buenos días.

Enamorados estamos de esta villa. Queremos más, queremos volver, queremos la misma. Han sido unas vacaciones de ensueño, jamás lo hubiésemos imaginado. La recogida de llaves con un equipo muy amable, el acompañamiento a la villa y después verla, tam bien decorada, tan amplia y con rincones mágicos. Lo bueno de esta villa es que esta cerca de todo y a la vez goza de mucha tranquilidad. El jardín estaba muy bien cuidado y la casa impoluta. Las veladas bajo la luna han sido maravillosas. Estamos esperando con ansia volver de nuevo. Muchas gracias por todo Abahana.
