EXCELLENT VILLA IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 6 guests.

LAYOUT: Villa Isabella is distributed in two floors but we only have access to the top floor. The main entrance is through an exterior staircase located on the side of the villa. The living room consists of two leather sofas with three seats each one, a coffee table and a television. To our left, behind the sofa we find the dining area composed by chairs and a hexagonal table with rounded edges. The kitchen is totally independent, so it is separated from these two rooms. It is fully equipped with all the necessary materials to prepare delicious meals. Back in the living room, we enter the corridor that leads to the bedrooms. The three bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each. Only one of these bedrooms has a bathroom with a bathtub. We will find a second bathroom with a bathtub between the first two bedrooms.

EXTERIOR: The villa ISABELLA villa has a nice garden, full of plants and trees typical of the Costa Blanca region. Upon entering the property, we will find a large plot that offers the possibility of parking several vehicles. Upstairs, from the living room, we will access the main terrace with a chill out space with garden furniture to relax and to share meals. This space located under the porch of the property allows us to enjoy the outdoors while we are in the shade. The pool is surrounded by sun beds, an ideal place for sunbathing. A small independent building houses the barbecue as well as a sink on one side and a shower and toilet on the other side. Through a staircase we can go up to the roof top terrace of the villa with a splendid view of the Peñón de Ifach.

LOCATION: The villa ISABELLA is located in Calpe, a few minutes walk from the supermarket and all the all the comforts of Calpe. The beach is a few minutes by car.
