AMAZING MODERN VILLA IN CALPE (Costa Blanca ), WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for a maximum of 6 people.


LAY OUT; This 150 square metres house is distributed in just one level. It has three nice bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the third one with two single ones. One of the double bedrooms has its an ensuite bathroom. There is laso another bathroom in the villa. The living room is very spacious, bright and comfortable thanks to its good quality sofas. There is an equipped independent kitchen that is placed by the living room and by the terrace.

 

EXTERIOR; This villa is on a 850 square metres fenced plot, with several relaxing spaces along its gardens full of Mediterranean species. At the back of the villa we will find a very nice barbecue, there is also a pergola where we can have very relaxing meals and snacks sheltered from the intense sun. In front of the house we have the private swimming pool surrounded by a very nice terrace with sunbeds and nice views to the Peñón de Ifach mountain. There is a sliding fence at the entrance of the plot where there is also space enough for parking several vehicles.


LOCATION; It is placed at a very quiet residential área. Just 800 metres far from the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.


OTHERS; AIR CONDITIONED AT THE THREE BEDROOMS AND THE LIVING ROOM, FREE WIFI.

Practical single family house very near Calalga cove and Les Bassetes for watersports.

la verdad bastante contento con la villa no le falta detalle todo esta bastante bien cuidado salvo algunas puertas de los baños no cierran bien y uno de los picaportes estaba roto pero por lo demás muy bien . también por decir algo mas la televisiones son un poco antiguas la del salón no tiene puerto hdmi y las de las habitaciones en una de ellas esta la tele pero no hay toma de antena y le faltan los cables, no la heche mucho de menos pero lo lógico es que solventen esos problemillas el trato es muy bueno incluso a la mitad de la estancia nos trajeron un detallito para desayunar se portaron muy bien .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le point faible: il y a trop de vis à vis par rapport aux villas voisines, par contre très belle vue sur le pinon del Ifach et points forts: Pas loin des commerces, et pas très loin de la plage, ce que nous avons surtout retenu, c'est la grande réactivité du personnel d'abahanavillas, ainsi que leur amabilité et leur gentillesse!!!
