BEAUTIFUL MEDITERRANEAN STYLE VILLA LOCATED IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 4 guests.

LAYOUT: The FRANCISCA villa is a mixture of rustic and Mediterranean style, distributed on two floors but we will only have access to the UPPER FLOOR. We access the villa by climbing a staircase from the garden, which gives access to an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs for all guests. Entering the establishment we find on our right a dining room with capacity for all guests and a living room surrounded by large windows and made up of an armchair and a three-seater sofa with a TV. Back in the hallway, to our left is the independent kitchen perfectly equipped with all the necessary elements to prepare perfect meals. Further on are the two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. We will also have at our disposal a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

EXTERIOR: Upon entering the property we have access to a large space to park several vehicles. The garden of the villa surrounds the house so it offers us plenty of space to enjoy and play with family or friends. The pool is surrounded by several loungers to enjoy the weather and sunbathe. A large terrace equipped with a table and several chairs to share meals are at our disposal at the pool level under an umbrella. In the glazed terrace on the upper floor we will find two armchairs and a sofa, an idyllic place to enjoy the sunsets.

SITUATION: The Francisca villa is located in the town of CALPE, a few minutes from all services such as restaurants and supermarkets but in a very quiet area. A few minutes by car we can enjoy the beaches of La Fossa as well as Cala Bassetes and Calalga.

OTHERS: FREE WIFI, AIR CONDITIONER THROUGHOUT THE VILLA, OPTICAL FIBER. PETS ALLOWED.

La villa es estupenda, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos buenos días de vacaciones. Un acierto la canasta y la cama elástica, los niños han disfrutado muchísimo del exterior. Todo muy limpio. La chica que nos atendió en la oficina de Calpe (morena con gafas), no recuerdo su nombre, lo siento, muy simpática. Volveremos sin duda alguna.

Nuestras vacaciones en Villa Francisca han sido muy buenas. La villa esta perfectamente equipada, decorada y muy limpia. La canasta de baloncesto esta genial para jugar toda l familia y la zona del patio y piscina super amplia. Además, Abahana Villas tuvo el detalle de traernos al dia siguiente de nuestra llegada unos croissants para desayunar ( hasta venían calentitos). Así que la estancia en la villa ha sido genial. Totalmente recomendable.

Very nice villa for family holidays, near the beach (2kms) . the photos makes the villa much bigger than what it is, it was not necessary because the villa is very well and with that photos you take the chance to disapoint renters. but it's perfect for 4, very well furnished, very well decorated, we would rent it again. a word to the people of Abahana Villas, everything smooth and well organized, they called us asking if everything was ok and when I said that was missing the umbrella for the sun protection, it was putted there without we even notted! very professional and good service. Thank you!
