SPLENDID VILLA LOCATED IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH TWO PRIVATE POOLS. For a maximum of 10 guests.
LAYOUT: This unique and exclusive villa is distributed in two separate living units, each with its own pool areas, making it a good choice for multi-family holidays. The villa stands out for its spacious and light-filled rooms and offers a total of five comfortable bedrooms. The villa can be accessed from two different entrances , one from the side through the door of the property or from the ground floor through the electric gate. Once we enter through this space, we will find a well designed flat with two bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom and a pleasant living room with a comfortable sofa and television. In this flat we will also have at our disposal an open plan kitchen with all kinds of electrical appliances. Surrounding the accommodation we access the main part of the villa, walking up external stairs leading to the upper floor. The access to this floor is from the terrace and leads directly to a large open area with an open plan kitchen, the dining room and the living room. On this same floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed each. These rooms are complemented by a bathroom with a comfortable Italian shower. To access the last bedroom we will have to go up the interior stairs which lead us to a terrace where we can have incredible views of the Peñón de Ifach of Calpe. The bedroom has an en suite bathroom as well as a double bed.
EXTERIOR: The villa offers two spacious pool areas, making it the perfect place for an amazing holiday with family or a group of friends. Both pools are surrounded by sun loungers allowing you to relax and chill during your stay. The villa has a private parking area for a maximum of two vehicles but parking n in the street in front of the villa is totally allowed. On the upstairs terrace there is an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy meals with family or friends while taking a refreshing bath.
LOCATION: The villa FIORENTINO is located in a quiet urbanization with very little traffic in the area. It is only a few minutes drive from the sandy beach of La Fossa, in the area of Calpe. In addition, we will have leisure areas, supermarkets and restaurants very close to the villa. Undoubtedly a magnificent place for a perfect holiday, where we can enjoy the incredible Mediterranean climate, the wonderful sandy beaches and the privacy of the urbanization of La Vallesa.
