LOVELY VILLA FOR RENT WITH SEA VIEWS AND PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA), for a maximum of 10+2 people.

LAY OUT: Estrella del Mar is a two floors villa. We access the property through an automatic gate that leads us to a parking big enough for two vehicles. There is another entrance from the street with direct access to the private garden. Where the garage was, there is a spacious and cosy room with sofas, from here there is a corridor with the first bedroom with a double bed. There is a very nice kitchen with a wine cellar and direct access to the terrace as well as to the covered swimming pool. The ground floor terrace offers stunning views to the Calpe bay. The covered swimming pool offers us the possibility of enjoying it most of the year! In the living-eating room there is a sofa for two people as well as a table with its chairs. On that level of the property we will find two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. On the upper floor where we access through an lift, there is a magnificent kitchen made of wood with a central island and a big window with views to the living-eating room where we can cook all kind of meals and snacks. The living room that is located in the extended part of the house has a round table, 4 chairs and sofas. The eating room is placed on a very nice covered terrace, luminous with views to the main exterior terrace from where we access the living room. There is also a chill-out area as well as a table with its chairs where you can enjoy the best moments of relax and fun as well as the warm Mediterranean weather. At the back, there is another terrace with a pergola, a table and its chairs. There is a very nice small house (cabaña) perfect for kids and maybe not as kids. Next to the living room we will find the bedrooms. A master suite with bathroom, shower and a dressing room. Another bedroom with a double bed and a shower room.

EXTERIOR: Estrella de Mar villa has three terraces. The ground floor terrace with a covered private swimming pool and a great table for sharing meals and cold drinks. Surrounded by trees, plants this terrace is by the garden. On the first floor there is another terrace with lovely views. There is a big table with chairs and sofas perfect for a relaxing moment. Lastly the smallest but freshest terrace at the back of the villa with a table, chairs and a chill-out area.

LOCATION: La Canuta is a neighbourhood in Calpe, very quiet but at the same time very close to all services as well as to Puerto Blanco beach.
