MAGNIFICENT MEDITERRANEAN VILLA LOCATED IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SEA VIEWS. For a maximum of 8 guests.

LAYOUT: The villa CIUDADELA is divided into two floors. We access the property on the upper floor where we will find on our left a large space where the dining area is located with a table and chairs for all the guests. Just behind, there is the open plan kitchen with all the necessary elements for a magnificent preparation of meals for our family and friends. From this space we can contemplate the views that the villa has of the mountains and the sea. On this same floor there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. There are also two bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, the latter of which is en suite. Going down the interior stairs, we will access the floor at pool level where we will find the living room with a chaise longue sofa, a coffee table, a television and two armchairs. This large space will allow us to enjoy unforgettable moments with our family and friends during our holidays. On this same floor we find the fourth bedroom with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR: The villa CIUDADELA has a covered terrace on the upper floor, which is accessed through the dining room and consists of a bench and several chairs. This space is magnificent for watching the sunrise and sunset. Going down the exterior stairs, we access the swimming pool area which is surrounded by several sunbeds. In this same space there is an outdoor dining table and barbecue area.

SITUATION: The villa CIUDADELA is located in CALPE on the heights of the Urbanisation Maryvilla. It offers a subtle combination of mountain scenery and a spectacular sea view. In a very quiet and residential area, just a few minutes drive from the centre of Calpe, the various beaches and coves as well as various activities.
